Our stay at Artemis Cave Hotel was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Rose. A special thank you for her kindness! The room was beautifully, uniquely stone room. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the relaxing spa sauna, stream room, and hamam. But our favourite place is the Kaira rooftop, with nice live music and a panoramic view! . Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Sadly, we had a lot of rain during our first days here and, due to the structure of the caves, had several leaks in the room during the night. The night staff didn't speak English so it took them a while to get towels to put on the floor. They tried fixing the leaks the next day but when that didn't help we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was very much appreciated. As mentioned elsewhere it's not the most quiet property. The music ends at 11 but Instagram 'models' will start climbing up to the terrace very early in the morning, which can be noisy.

The hotel is beautiful, located inside a cave system in Cappadocia. The town itself is a short but steep walk down a hill, the open air museum is also within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful, arranging transportation for us to and from the Nevsehir airport and the underground city at Derinkuyu. The Spa was absolutely amazing and couldn't come more highly recommended. Breakfast was good with friendly staff was well. Temperature control worked well thanks to the A/C-units.

The only negative that I can really think of is that for the double bed it's two smaller mattresses put together but it's barely even noticeable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic right at the top of the hill which gives you amazing views of the whole town and a great chance to spot the early morning hot air balloons. The staff were amazing and couldn't have done more to make us feel more welcome. Our hot air balloon ride was cancelled on the Monday morning and the hotel staff were able to source us a spot for Wednesday morning instead despite it being fully booked with all the travel agents.

It was very nice. Inside the hotel there is Kaira Rooftop, a known rooftop in Göreme with live music at sunset. In the terrace you have a good view of the balloons but next to the hotel there is the entrance to the “sunset point” you can go there in the morning and have an even better view of the balloons. Buffet and drinks were nice. Our room was very good, specially the bathroom with bathtub. If it isn’t your first time in Cappadocia you can probably get another place for a cheaper price with a good location also.

Nothing!

Everything! It’s easy to get to within Göreme, close to many restaurants and shops. The property itself is well made, has all the amenities you’ll need and a spa to relax at. Their rooftop Kaira is absolutely gorgeous, my friend and I enjoyed our sunsets there with drinks, food and hookah. Breakfast in the morning is delicious too! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I know I’m going to revisit Cappadocia again and will stay at Artemis again for sure!

AC didn't seem to work

Great location! A few minutes walk away from the main city with great access to restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hospitality was amazing. They offer a lot of excursions through the hotel like the balloon rides. Also a great bonus was shuttle services to and from the airport. Made things really easy.

I cannot express how much we loved our stay in Artemis Cave Hotel. The location is incredible, probably the best in all Goreme. The staff are the most kind and friendly people, always helpful with a smile. We got there exactly when breakfast closes, yet they offered us if we wanted some. They helped my husband plan a surprise birthday for my 30th, with cake and flowers from another city (as there’s no florists in town). One of the guys even took a “Instagram influencer” video of us in the terrace. I have nothing negative to say, as they made our stay even more magical.

Cave hotel experience was fantastic. Loved everything about the hotel. Terrace was fantastic for sunset (and sunrise). Staff were Antarctic- could not have done more and happy to help with anything we wanted. Highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing to mention here

Amazing hotel that totally exceeded our expectations. Staff is very friendly and were always helpful, room was beautiful and cleaning service was excellent. spa was very nice as well. Hotel has a great terrace with beautiful views, a bar and a restaurant . Breakfast was tasty with many options available. We would definitely recommend Artemis and would return there for another stay if we are lucky to return to Cappadocia one day :)

It was recommended by the hotel to book a balloon trip with Butterfly Balloons and send us the link through the hotel’s message and urge the necessity of booking due to the possibility of running out of tickets!! Let us be surprised that balloon trips are widely available in the region and in other programs for less than half the price!! We recommend booking the trip and others through the various programs available, such as booking.com, Tripadvisor, and GetYourGuide.

The hotel is considered a masterpiece and a fantasy. The location, cleanliness, service and treatment are very upscale and beautiful.

Our room was below the bar (room 603) and music could be heard from our room fairly loudly until 10-11pm, and it was loud when people were moving tables/dropping things. We asked for a packed breakfast as we had to leave before breakfast (doesn’t start until 8), and what was provided was a terrible terrible sandwich- not what we were expecting as the buffet breakfast was delicious, and had lots of nice fresh pastries. If you want a packed breakfast I would recommend asking for some pastries instead of the sandwich they made! Photo attached for reference.

Amazing location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very responsive on WhatsApp prior to arrival. Room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful views and great sunset spot. Lovely attention to detail in the rooms such as exfoliating mitts.

Every thing was just perfect

The property location was perfect, ambiance was good, rooms were neat and very important the staff was very helpful very high standards of hospitality indeed. Also they offered and coordinated all the tours very professionally. They packed bf for us because we had early morning flight. We were late for our group tour so they coordinated with the group tour guide and dropped us to their location. I would highly recommend Artemis. And we are already missing the stay

The staff are beyond amazing. They were all to helpful and friendly. They organized our green and red tours, and horse riding for us and gave us information prior to coming about booking the hot air balloon. This hotel is located with the most beautiful views. We were lucky enough to have snowy and sunny days. Breakfast was lovely and great views of Cappadoccia We will miss giving pats to Sophie, Izmir and Saltan. We are extremely grateful and hope to see you all some day again
