Very good, i booked normal room, and they upgraded me to suite with balcony of free charge. I recommend all to book the suite, there is nice view and big balcony. Especial thank to the one who gave me upgrade : )

Nothing at all .. everything was exceptional

It was a very nice stay .. the room is super clean and the sea view was amazing .. we enjoyed the stay the most in trabzon .. the location is great! 5 minutes to the beach .. 5 minutes to the bus stop .. the surrounding area has a many pretty good restaurants and cafes .. there is even a very nice cafe in the hotel lobby .. the staff are very friendly and helpful .. strongly recommend for any type of stay

The family suite room is excellent in size with two bathrooms. Suitable for family of 4. The location is excellent near many restaurants, shopping mall and airport. Short drive to forum mall and Trabzon meydan.

There were big spots on the room carpet, hence, recommend them to deep clean it.

The hotel is located in a perfect place just beside Cevahir Mall and many good restaurants / sweets cafe The manager was speaking english as well. They served us coffee and tea upon arrival. Good breakfast was included as well and some dishes were changing everyday. The room was big enough for a standard room. In general, hotel is beautifully decorated.

Everything! They ripped me up off as I made a reservation for two people and when my friend joined me, they made me pay for a new room although they were already paid for two people. Also, the ambiance is not friendly and if you are a Westerner, avoid this place as a plague. 99.9% of customers are from a certain region in the Middle East which does not make it comfortable and clean for us to stay in.

Managers at the reception aren't competent. Some amenities were outdated. What's most important thing was that they didn't give me an invoice while at the hotel and I didn't received it until now.

We have booked a room with sea side view but we litterly had street view. The toilet water cleaner is lagging and not functioning very well. The room service come around 4~5 pm and enter without permission and there is no tag hanging on the door.

I didnt like the smell of the room thwre was daily segrate smoke at night, very strong and it was disturbing me as i have small kid with me , i didnt like it also when i ask afavor to stay more at my room on the day of check out as my flight was at 6 pm and check out was at 12pm i asked the staff to allow till 4 pm although the rooms was empty and most of gust leaved the hotel ,,, but he refuse.
