The hotel was comfortable with a nice view of cotton castle. The hosts are extra nice Hussein, Eminem and Osman. She made the best lamb chops I have ever had They even dropped and picked us up free to the travertine site. The airport pickup and drop to Kusadasi was well arranged. 10/10 review Thanks

I found the property's location, staff, atmosphere, and design to be excellent. Additionally, the owner went above and beyond by offering us a ride to the main entrance of Pamukkale, which was incredibly helpful. While the hotel isn't luxurious, it serves its purpose well. Its local atmosphere adds a special charm to the experience.

I am really pleased with the attitude of the staff. They are welcoming and attentive people, making me feel valued throughout my stay . The rooms were spotless . I higly recommend staying in this hotel to anyon visiting the area. I will definetely return on my next trip.

- The family that hosted us was simply adorable. Not only their kindness, but also their willingness to advise and assist us with our packed itinerary of travel and excursions. - Unlike MANY other accommodations throughout Turkey in 14 days of travel, they spoke English much better than the staff of more "luxurious" hotels. Even better than the airport staff. - The lady's cooking was simple, tasty, and typical of the region. Fantastic. - It's a simple accommodation great for short stays, but it provides everything you need. - Highly recommended.

Osman and his parents are great hosts and kind people. They let us arrive at the early morning before check-in time to leave our luggage and immediately we felt like home and welcome with tea and coffee as we wish. The position is very good and Osman was very kind to give as a lift so The Pamukkale site and at the end of the day we took us to the top hill to see the sunset. He arranged also for us the balloon flight and it was very beautiful. The breakfast was prepared at the moment by Osman’s mother

Great shorty stay at the hotel. I missed trying their food but heard it was very good and fairly priced. They helped me with a free ride to the gate for Hierapolis and Pamukkale. The pool looked very clean as well as did the rest of the hotel. Keep your expectations realistic for the price and the place will exceed them.

I really liked the friendly and family approach of the owner. They are very nice, they gave us advice and also drove us by car to hierapolis.

The hotel appears to be managed by a family. They are amiable. I discovered that a few other Indian families from Qatar had also stayed during my visit. The hotel has a free parking area. 24/7 complementary coffee or tea available in the restaurant.

Osman and all his family were very kind and welcoming, even offered a free service to take us to the top of the pools. Free coffee and tea 24h a day. Great breakfast

There is inevitably noise from the road at night, between traffic, dogs and the early morning call to prayer from the mosque nearby but the same would be true of any hotel in this area. I would recommend packing earplugs for this reason

This is a family run business and the owners couldn’t do more to help you. They offer a free lift up to the entrance gates of the travertines - even when we suggested that we take our own car and use the car park they insisted and explained that it made more sense to start at the top of the hill and exit at the bottom gate, rather than trek back up to get our car from the carpark. The food was all home made, reasonably priced (evening meal) and delicious. The owners are very friendly and this place has a lovely, homely atmosphere.

It is a small hotel with most rooms facing the pool/street and the mosque is close by, so noise can be an issue for light sleepers. Bring earplugs for some traffic noise and the early morning call to prayer accompanied by a chorus of howling dogs!

Osman and his parents go above and beyond to take great care of their guests (even offering a complimentary early morning ride up to the south gate of Pamukkale). They can arrange activities for you at very low prices (paragliding, hot air balloon ride, etc ). The room was clean and comfortable. WIFI worked well.
