I wasn't very happy that only one out of the three bars was open, especially the swim up bar. I don't know whether it was because it was near end of season, and the hotel wasn't busy, and I had been looking forward to using the swim up bar as described on the hotel website. Having said that, I wasn't disappointed with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The location and layout of the hotel were excellent. A beautiful part of Faralya. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was really spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

A little bit out of the way, but the dolmus bus is just 10 minutes from the hotel and the views on the journey into Olu Deniz are amazing.

Absolutely stunning place. The views are just amazing and there is such a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The rooms are massive and balconies are lovely. Be aware that although all rooms are sea view, some are very obstructed. For us it was perfect in every single way except that there is no hot water - the showers are luke warm at best. The pools are also not warm enough to spend more than a few minutes in. Other than these two things, which we were okay with given that everything else was perfect, we were very happy. We paid low season prices which is probably why we were happy as the value was good. Staff were attentive and kind, although there was a language barrier. Breakfast was good. Food and drink menus outside of breakfast were very experience so we didn’t even try the food. A restaurant called Nihan’s kitchen is just below the hotel (you can actually walk through the hotel into the back garden if Nihan’s) which is family run, delicious food and lower prices. We had a car and the drive from Fethiye is quite steep cliffs with sharp turns but was ok. Just be aware. This hotel is definitely for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle. We couldn’t find a beach we could go to near the hotel. Overall, I would come again, but I hope they will sort the hot water issue.

Our room said ”sea view" but it really overlooked the breakfast-pool area at the same level, so we would have had to keep our curtains closed all the time. Luckily there were more rooms available and we could change.

There was really only one thing that made parts of the stay uncomfortable: the insects. While this isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, they could put a few things around the dining area, like torches or aromatics, to keep some of the biting insects away.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and, above all, professional. Not once did we have an unpleasant interaction! The view of Faralya from all parts of the hotel was nothing short of breathtaking, and the views during sunset were absolutely romantic. The selection of food and beverage is quite large, and it was easy to find something we liked depending on what we were in the mood for. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-maintained.

We adored everything about this hotel the location is 2 minutes away from the bus station that takes you to the main attractions. Hotel is luxurious and provides high quality services and amenities. Food is beyond delicious and the pool is clean and serves amazing view. Staff are lovely and friendly.

The cleaning staff were disappointing. really late to clean our room-after we had stayed there for 2 nights. Had to request they come, and it was already 1.45pm. The first day- we couldn't tell the room was cleaned except for the beds made-up. Smaller used towels weren't replaced. Also the hotel does not top up free water /coffee /sugar daily in the room-which is unusual for this priced hotel.

We had an amazing time here. Staff were super friendly and nice with us the entire time. They accommodated all of our requests willingly and with smile. The hotel was absolutely clean and spotless, food was so delicious with big portions. The pools were so clean and had the best view to the ocean. We want to come back wth friends and family for our anniversary celebration.

Generally great attention to detail, very clean, great view over faralya, great food with understanding of vegan preferences and allergies served by the pool restaurant, we had a great foam massage at the hotel spa, the pool area is on 3 levels and it's easy to spend a whole afternoon there. All for a reasonable price.

Hotel was beautiful, loved the room & the lighting, bathroom was so nice, balcony/view was great, very private rooftop pool, lovely breakfast, staff were great, couldn't have done more to make our stay more memorable, 5 minute walk to the bus stop into Olu Deniz. See you next year 😊

The room we booked (with the bathtub next to the window) was in the building that was closed. So we had to stay in another room. The good thing is that owners offered us a bottle of wine as a compensation.

We were lucky to be the only ones in the hotel! I liked the view very much and the fact that all the pools were just ours. Breakfast was ok, but not enough for 2 adults. Dinner was good, but again the portions could be bigger.

Let's start with the ease of checking in and out, our flight was an early flight and we arrived at the hotel 7 am, and yet Frank immediately checked us in and offered to have breakfast which is so good. The staff are amazing, Mustafa made delicious smoothies and Emra was very helpful as well. The view from any corner of the hotel is breathtaking and so relaxing. If you are looking for a place that's calm and you need a relaxing time this is the place to go. If you get there, just tell Mustafa that you need Nizar's special: Leg of lamb! This is a must if you ever get to Highclere hotel and spa. Checking out was smooth and easy as well, we had a late check out without any problem. Frank, Mustafa and Emra, thank you for hospitality.
