We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I appreciated the mix of traditional and modern comforts, along with the very warm hospitality we received from each and every member of staff.

We loved our room. It was not the largest space but it was comfortable. The best part for us was the seating area just outside the room where we had lovely views across Goreme. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything we asked was perfectly dealt with. One of the things we most enjoyed about our stay was the breakfast, which was served at the highest point of the hotel. There was a perfect patio outside to enjoy breakfast with the most incredible views. The breakfast was buffet style with a wide and varied selection.

Liked the location in terms of being in a quite location and amongst trees. It was spacious and good value. The staff was very receptive to our requests.
