Many noise from outside all night long. Cleaning lady is making many noise in the morning while cleaning other rooms. You must ask for cleaning the rooms otherwise they don’t clean it.

Room wasn't very clean. Housekeeping not done every day. Toilet roll, tea coffee and fresh towel not replenish every day. I had to keep asking. WiFi wasn't great in the room. No fridge.

It was near the center of Taksim, the room was lovely and all the stations (bus, metro, tram) were close the hotel. Also the staff was very kind and helpful😊

The water pressure was bad for the forth floor. For some hours we didn't have warm water. The bathroom looked to be dirty😕

it was disappointing to learn that some guests paid less for similar rooms with a complimentary breakfast, despite reporting the issue at reception. This pricing inconsistency was a minor downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

My stay at this Istanbul hotel was truly enjoyable, thanks to the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel at home. The hotel's location within Istiklal Avenue was incredibly convenient, and the cleanliness of the brand-new hotel was impressive. The reliable Wi-Fi was a plus.

Needs drawer and bed side wall lightning. Roof hanging one was too bright for coziness. Elevator was too small for people who have a lot luggage and even located on 2nd floor. You have to carry your luggage to 2nd floor by stairs to get into elevator.

Staff was kind and friendly, 2 minutes walk away from shopping street. 5 minutes walk away from taxi station. Good for foreigners.

The room was small, but not bad. The shower area was small too. Alos the door were glass so it is transparent.

The room was classic I love it. It was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. They give us one hour extra for the check out too. Location was perfect near to Istiqlal street.

One of the beds was a bit hard. The rooms could have been cleaned a bit more. The area is also quite loud, but this cannot be blamed on the hotel. All in all, a lot more positive things than negative.

Amazing value for money. The room had a TV and WiFi, and complimentary tea and coffee. The location is great and easily accessible by bus and metro (Taksim square). The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful.
