The place was a bit difficult to find when we arrived late in the evening but once there, the lively neighbourhood made us feel very safe.

Right in the heart of Kaleci (old town) with easy access to so many food options! The best part was the helpful staff who went out of their way to collect us from the point where out taxi dropped us off. Ibrahim was super knowledgeable and called us to ensure we had a plan in place well before we reached. He provided better options to suit our needs in the next stage of our trip and also packed breakfast which we would have to skip due to early start. Not to forget - the view from the breakfast terrace area is stunning!

Ibrahim was soo fantastic 😊 He was so helpful, kind and helpful even gave us a room upgrade. He's soft demeanor, kindness and being gentle with our questions and explanations and recommendations was very welcome 🤗 The bathroom was very nice, modern and they provided all the necessary amenities found in mainstream hotels. The location of the property is very good, close enough to the city centre and vibrant night life but far enough from the noise. This was a gem in Antalya. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, breakfast had more options and catered a bit more for the Western traveler.

Parking a hire vehicle in was not an option next to accommodation but a very cheap and secure local council parking was a 10 min walk away

Close vicinity to the ocean/ port and restaurants as is in old town. Beautiful hotel lookout of the ocean. Good breakfast by cook in the morning. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful for any needs.

Everything is awesome about Bacchus Pension. Location is in the prime spot of Old Town Kaleiçi. Breakfast has a lot of variety. A special mention goes to host Ibrahim who is so helpful and cooperative. He arranged Pamukkale tour for us. We had an early morning bus and he arranged a cab for us from his hotel.

During the stay in the hotel, I have booked a one day tour to aspendos, the trip was amazing, I would like to recommend the host who stay in this hotel to ask the staff to book it, good price and high quality! Bacchus had a great location, was clean, etc., but what really made it stand out was the owner/manager and all the help he gave us organizing our trip, renting a car, telling us about sights and just generally creating a connection between us and Antalya and the surrounding areas. The human touch is always the most important, in the end, and on that front Bacchus was truly extraordinary.

Be careful when walking down the stairs, the marble stairs are very slippery, I fell down and ended up braking my tailbone

It’s an excellent hotel, our room was big and comfortable, it is also in the beautiful old town of Antalya and in a quieter street, which is rare in that neighbourhood! The rooftop views over the sea and the mountain are also stunning.

Good location, great staff and manager Ibrahim was very helpful and accommodating about most requests. Buffet Breakfast had a decent cooked and cold selection but started at 8am, which was a little late for me, but hot drinks/coffee was on tap from 7am

Customer Service was excellent. Celil met me at the airport and on our way to the hotel told me everything I needed to know about the city and what should I do and visit. Ibrahim, was very helpful in all aspects. He ordered food for me when my card was declined and thus saved the day!

Our room, 304, smelt of cigarette smoke all the time unfortunately. We were just a few steps up from the front door and the reception area though.

Simple little hotel in a good location. Our room was clean and the towels were changed every day. Ibrahim on the reception and the lady who made the breakfast and cleaned the rooms were helpful and pleasant. The view from the breakfast terrace was beautiful.
