Really it was great stay and enjoyable. The stuff are very helpful more than expectation. I got many help from the stuff especially from Miss Hanieh Mr Sassan and Ega.

A small downside: Only at this time of the year is the Champions Sports bar. Rooftop restaurant was not open yet.

Buffet breakfast was very good. The room (junior suite) was amazing and very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. People were very friendly. Location was in walking distance to Taksim square and Beşiktaş area. Spa facilities very good.

Rooms were soo clean and specious , breakfast was superb .The Staff were soo welcoming with a great hospitality . I will specially thank HANIEH who went beyond to make my stay extra special and check on me and other guests all the time to make sure they are having a great time at the hotel.She is a true Gem for the hotel.The house keeping lady NURTEN was soo sweet and she made sure everyday that I am happy with my room cleaning . Cleaning wise this was the best hotel I have ever been to in Istanbul and I have never seen hospitality like this before in any other hotel . So I recommend this hotel to everyone please go and make your stay exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me 👌

The hotel is super clean, the location is perfect, near Taksim Square, but still in a quite location. The room was quite big, the bed super comfy, all the staff was nice, very helpful and polite. Truly recommed this hotel. One of the very few in Istanbul that indeed deserves their star rating.

A 5 star hotel should not be so insisting about getting paid in advance. And I did not particularly like the fact that you can not check out unless your room have been checked. I found this unacceptable for an established such as Barcelo.

The location is superb, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very wide with excellent selections. I had hired a car and the hotel provided free Valet parking.

There is no bar with light music to have a good drink, the rooftop bar was closed and the one inside the hotel was not that good.

The cleanliness is perfect, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, so many choices available and all good and fresh quality. the location of the hotel is very convinient for all types of transport. They have a gym with all necessary equipments.

I had a great time at the Barcelo Hotel in Istanbul. They made our stay extra special by giving us a better room for free. It was my partner's birthday, and they surprised her with a yummy birthday cake, which was awesome. One of the staff members named Haniye was super helpful with everything we needed. The hotel is really close to where the airport shuttles are, so it's super convenient if you're flying in or out. The restaurant at the hotel was really nice, and the food was delicious. They had a big breakfast buffet with lots of choices, and you could even ask the chef to make something special for you. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Barcelo Hotel. If you're visiting Istanbul, I totally recommend staying there.
