we ate our excellent breakfast in the garden, shaded by trees. The breakfast had all we wanted, and set us up for the day. Shops, and good places to eat, nearby, and easy access to the beach.

This place is a veritable gem, with rooms facing a lovely little garden tucked away in the heart of the medieval city, a short walk from the sea. The hostess is every bit as charming as the surroundings. The decadently scrumptious breakfast features bounty from the garden (including some tart-and-sweet fresh-squeezed citrus juice that's to die for) as well olives and oil produced from the family farm near Izmur. It's peaceful too...at least in winter! The price is almost unbelievable for the location and amenities. You're surrounded by cute (pricey) shops and restaurants, but also not far from also-cute (inexpensive) local eateties. And yes, there is a bathtub!

Slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom sometimes. This has been common throughout lots of Turkish accomodation so wasn't a biggie, we just closed the door when it smelt.

Amazing breakfast, so many options and fresh orange and pomegranate juice served daily. I think we got upgraded so our room was far nicer than we expected. Comfortable beds, good linen, pillows were fine! Lovely hammocks outside, and such a peaceful area and space to relax in. There were also free beach loungers on the beach for guests. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Bathroom was a bit stuffy and smelly, no selection of complimentary care products. Breakfast was always the same and a bit disappointing compared to our other stays in Turkey (we were quite spoiled 😊). Only one staff member spoke fluently English, so was a bit tricky to make ourselves understood when he wasn't around.

Great location - short walk from the beach, shops and the strip with restaurants. Very friendly and attentive staff, personal communication. Nice and quiet garden with turtles, chickens and fruit trees.

The small of the Bathroom is sometimes a bit strong. But it goes away quickly as soon as you turn the AC on.

Everything was good. Bungalow 22 is the spot to be at the side. Good Turkish breakfast, very friendly staff, clean room. 1min Walk to the beach. Good place to park your rental car.

The bungalow was modern with really good AC. The wifi was very good too, it reached the bungalow which wasn't the case in a previous location. Lovely gardens with comfortable hammocks. Staff were very attentive and helpful, breakfast was good too. Free sunbeds on the beach which is a nice touch although some mattresses on them would have been perfect.

The pension is a great choice because of its convenient location (the beach is right across the street). I stayed in a standard room on the first floor. The room was tidy and had a fridge. I loved the yard (lots of trees and flowers) and the hammocks. There are lots of chickens running around which is great if you have kids. The staff was friendly and helpful without overdoing it. Baris helped me to get to the nearest bus station after I missed my dolmus which was kind of him. I was very happy to have chosen the place and hope to come back again.

There was nothing l didn’t like.

Wonderful staff, who unobtrusively worked to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and who were always on hand to help or give interesting information about the area. Perfect location, across from the beach and set in a lemon grove where you can relax in a hammock with the scent of lemon blossom and jasmine soothing your senses. Lovely wooden bungalow with handy fridge, good shower and veranda. Excellent buffet breakfast.

More than friendly host and staff. Clean room with fridge and shower with hot water. Maybe 50 Meter for reaching the beach. Best breakfast for long! Rich buffet! Good price and totally recommendable!
