Ordered only breakfast via booking and thought I might upgrade to all inclusive or buy some meals at the hotel... well that was not possible in reality as price for this service was extremely high. In hindsight I should have taken the all inclusive deal at when booking the hotel (as that extra cost was very low compared to the extra cost of just adding a few meals).

Unfortunately, and this is not a fault of the hotel, the surrounding area may be quite noisy during the night. I believe there are some rooms in the hotel that do not suffer from it but unfortunately our room which was in the block C, facing northwest, had nighttime disco every night. Luckily, if you close the door and windows it’s not so horrible

We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.

Breakfast whilst not a UK Breakfast in the least was excellent in continental choice Lunch and Dinner were also excellent and the soup severed daily worthy of some note as was the Fresh Selection of Soft and Hard Fruits. Overall the Food is magnificent, what a feast for the eyes and a waiter on had to keep your wine glass constantly full of complimentary wine, no one or two glass here. The Bar Spirits / Turkish Tea and Coffees all really nice, the Turks actually make a nice Brandy and Whisky. The exceptional service from Birsten one of the many waitresses, she was just so attentive.

Weather was bad, but it is not your fault :D In a beach bar what belongs to Barun Suites there was very difficult to get something, I asked 3 times what we want, bartender only laughed and did not understund any words, we wanted to get a beer ice cream for children and a juice. If I went to the other bar where was many people they said they donät serve us, because it is not Barun Suites bar, so Last time i sent my husband to ask, and then they gave us what we asked, and he even said that is crazy how difficult is to ask something from the bar. Pools what was written had to be heated, but they were very cold. That is the reason I chosed that hotel because my children asked place where they can swim but they couldn't because water was very cold. In the nighttime there was very loudy in a near hotel, noise came to our balcony, but if we closed the doors, room were ok. Maybe kitchen area woud need some refreshment it seems very old. But after all i liked there.

There was big selection of food and every day different selection, there was many different acitvities to do bery nice place.

We've never been to a resort before, so we don't have a comparison, so there was nothing really to complain about. Some food items were meh, but there were always good options available. Some entertainment programs were meh, but then just go do something else. All-inclusive drinks were meh, but beer was good enough though watered down a bit. Coffee in the diner area was not good, but coffee was great in the basement cafe. I wish there was more jazzy/calm music at the bar/pool.

Great choice for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was very clean. Great private beach and superclose. Entertainment program - all the dance groups, violin player and magic tricks were really impressive. We also enjoyed the sauna and the Turkish Sauna (hamam). We also tried for extra cost: massage + borrowing tennis rackets, both enjoyable. Special shout out to Malik for being very friendly and to our favourite twin sisters Gülsüm and Fatma who we befriended.

There is a lack of communication between personnel and guests. Till the end of our stay there I was not sure what was free for us and what was extra (never less we have had an "all inclusive" system, but on the realty "Not all inclusive") Some bedsheets were with holes and needs to be changed. Talking about everything programme, that would be really nice to see life music playing as it says at the programme and not just a singer with a background music. Please change matrasses, my back is still herting....

I really like the architecture and outdoor design. The kids area is very conffy. Kids club, play ground and 2 kids swimming pools are close to each other. Big thanks to the kids club! Our daughters were really involved and excited about some activities and evening disco. ❤️🧘 At the evening programme we liked only magician show. Food was tasty, not too much, but still big variety.

need better entertainment at night time

Beautiful place for family. Me, my wife and 2 kids, 2.5 and 6 years old had the best time. we stayed for 8 days. The hotel is not big but that was the best part of it, the kids felt safe and managed to go anywhere with no problem. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are huge and very comfortable

noise from the bar area at night, if you are a young family, make sure you are not booked in Block A, the bar is open till 1 am and people drink and get very noisy. the live entertainment stop at around 11 pm, and it feels like the noise is in your room. there was flies all over the food, but they tried to sort it out. I suggest the get those small fans. in 40 degrees, the didn’t put the hotel aircon on while eating.

The neighboring hotel is not family oriented, there was often loud music playing late at night, sometimes it can be challenging to get kids to bed.

Prior to this, we chose the hotel as just a place to sleep, traveling around the area on our own. With the arrival of small children, we decided to choose a different type of vacation, choosing this hotel on recommendations. And we are very happy with it. We and the kids enjoyed it very much. I would especially like to mention friendly staff of the hotel, as well as the wonderful restaurant at the hotel. Definitely this place is great for a family vacation. The sea nearby also disposes to this, it has a gentle entrance to the water and is safe for children.

Some times bathroom towels not clean

We were very happy to stay here، as expected ، Friendly Staff , very welcoming. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel . Breach very nice and only 2min walking from hotel. Pool very big and nice. Delicious food. Kids show and night parties very nice . 🫡👍❤️

The price for dinner is very expensive /30 euro per person for buffet. The quality of food is average, especially for this price. But there is a big variety of food served, so it’s a good chance to find something tasty. We also didn’t find any good alternatives for dining outside (unless you want to go to Side and pay 15 euro to get there and 15 euro to get back). So we sticked to buffet, which was unexpectedly expensive for three adults.

The hotel has a great location, there is a very nice sandy beach less than 500m away. Side ancient town is around 15-20 min drive by taxi. The pool is big and clean, it has several sections for kids of different ages, we greatly enjoyed our time at the pool with our kids. The family room for three adults and two kids is quite convenient as it has a separate bedroom where some family members can have a rest, while others can stay awake. The balcony on the ground floor is spacious, we had amazing time there.

We have traveled with two kids (both 3 years old) and grandmothers. This is a great family hotel for all generations. Our favorites were food and pools. We've had half board (breakfast and dinner). Eating lunch a la carte seemed a better option as it gives more flexibility during the day. The food for the dinner was changing every day, the variety of options was great with typically a theme for the evening (e.g., Asian, Mexican, Italian) as well as traditional Turkish dishes. There are also vegan and "healthy" options, many salads in the salad bar were also changing each day. There are four outdoor pools. Our kids especially enjoyed the large pool with the gradual increase in depth, where they could play at the different depths. There is also a playground which has all the essentials for the kids, e.g., seesaws, swings, slides and tent above (which is important to protect from the sun!). Although the playground is not very large, our kids could easily spend half an hour to an hour, which was great to take a break from the pool and escape from the sun for some time. We've also went to the beach almost every day. The water in early June was warm (the sea was very calm before about 9am with some moderate waves after that - highly recommend going to the beach before 9am sometimes). The beach is within an easy walking distance for an adult, for the 3 year olds it was sometimes challenging to walk back when they were tired. There is a little river on one side of the hotel, where one can often observe sea turtles from the bridge near the beach. There are many activities organized for the kids (although our kids didn't take advantage of most of them due to young age - they did like dancing with animals from Madagascar show and bubbles party). The stuff were extremely helpful and friendly. To summarize, this is a perfect family hotel (many guests were traveling with children when we were there).

The territory is really quite small. The pillows were quite hard and very big.

The food was amazing! It doesn't matter if you are a vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian or omnivore, you can easily find something delicious. I think that the food is the best thing about this hotel. The only weak point is deserts. They are okay, but nothing special. The rooms are big and clean. Sandy beach, quite shallow, good if you are traveling with kids. It's about one hour drive from the airport, the transfer from the hotel was 50 euro. Aqua park for kids was nice. There is a kitchen in the room if you feel like cooking during your vacation. We didn't use it though. There is a nice walking zone near the beach, if you go there after 8pm you could meet wild hedgehogs.

- the quality of the coffee provided during the meal time, undrinkable, unfortunately. even filtered coffee is pure, maybe it would be better if they simply put more powder with a little bit higher quality - not a pleasant smell in Hamam some things in my opinion shall not be related to the price of stay, but more to general care of guests: - greens offered for breakfast floating in water - burned pancakes are offered as if they are okay - hot milk near coffee machines tastes to be diluted with water. - I would advise to reconsider the variety of food at kids station and to remove things that a rare parent would love their kids to start a day with , f.i. pizza and cookies.

- it’s a simple but very clean hotel - very polite, friendly and caring staff - spacious apartments with all what you might need during your stay, spacious balcony - we enjoyed to sit outside and have some drinks - good beds and mattresses, the pillows were too big for us, we asked the reception to change, they did it fast and with a smile, nice! - our apartment was cleaned every morning - I like a self-laundry service, the price is fair enough, washing and drying machine are offered for use, as well as ironing boards and irons. - entertaining team is amazing, they take care of the kids during the day, offering different things to keep them busy and interested. - spa center: I liked the quality of massage given by a Bali massage therapist. recommended! - coffee in coffee and deserts corner on the ground floor - nice kids meal zone/station where they can serve themselves by their own - breakfast is okay with enough space to improve

The only thing I can think of is that they didn't have maplesirup for their pancakes (but all other kinds og jams, honey and chocolatespread)

The staff were so nice, always saying hello and high-fiving my 3 year old son. The food was excellent - so much to choose between for every meal, and the Pide at the beachbar was sooo good! so was the service at the beach bar. Great playground for kids, as well as the two pools for kids and babies.

great location, very close to both beach and centre of resort town. room/suite is very spacious and clean. the resort overall is very well managed with good facilities. at the same time not too big to feel too crowded or noisy. Also there are plenty of free parking for our rental car. recommend to anyone looking for a good holiday near Side.
