Thermostat was switched off couple of times by itself and it was cold at night. Dark in the shower and the ventilation there is very weak.

Excellent customer service in reception, restaurants, spa everywhere. Awesome customer service provided by Isin, Vural, Dursun and 2 people (girl and men sorry I forgot their names ) at coffee shop. These baristas made me the best cortiado! :) Also there was an Excellent food, rooms, and the hotel had like boutique spa feel hotel. I think it’s the best hotel in Side. We stayed there long time.

The rooms are not well insulated. The entrance doors to the room are not perfectly sealed, they have space at the bottom, and the corridors of the hotel are paved with stone/tile so that all the noises are heard in the room amplified (e.g. like the rattling of dishes or the rolling of the wheels of the carts used in the room services). You can always hear the footsteps of children running in the hallways, doors slamming late at night or early in the morning. These things are very disturbing.

Room overlooking the pool, big enough, daily cleaning. The minibar is refilled daily, the staff are kind and helpful. The very comfortable mattress ensured a restful sleep. Absolutely delicious and varied breakfast. Anyone could find something they liked. The other meals were also very rich in vegetables, meats, salads and divine desserts.

Everything. Our 2nd stay at the hotel and it was even better than i remembered. We arrived very early and were checked in to our room (no waiting or questions why we were so early). They arranged Al la Cartes for my friend via me. As it was my friends 60th birthday (and we were there to surprise her). Just all round fabulous

It was very dark in the residence , hotel and outside to walk around in the resort. Very dangerous to walk from the residence to the restaurant when it's dark. There was one heated pool outside but januari is a bit cold to swim :-). The prices are high. The WIFI is not suitable to do a workcation. We had to ask the housekeeping to put clean glases for the minibar that they forgot every day.

Food was very good. The location and garden is very nice. Umbrella service at the reception . The staff at the reception is very kind and helpfull. The hotel has very nice furniture and looks like discribed on the internet.

Still to be improved: - Towel stand at the beach still open just till 10:30. Not enough clean towels for all guests during the day. This point can be easily fixed. - Bugs in the Barut Hotel App. Password reset requires manual intervention. Kindly automatize, or drop password log in altogether: room number, birth date and email address should be sufficient for identification. - Overall wine quality on the wine lists. Go for Castellani Chianti for the reds and Chenin Blanc from South Africa for the whites.

Third time visit to Barut Hemera. Comfortable, green territory. Professional reception and guest relation support. Realiable transfer arrangements to/from Antalya airport. Wonderful food quality at the buffet. Nice thematic restaurants. Clean beach. Tennis court, yoga classes for the guests. Appreciate enhancements after feedback from visitors: + Warmer water in the indoor pool now: some 26C instead of 24C. + Priority à la carte restaurant reservation for loyal guests.

The open hallways posed a chilly challenge, since it is all-season hotel will be goot to have closed or be air-conditioned for better and more convinient movements especially for babies. Also, while the poolside activities and fireplace were enjoyable, a more diverse range of activities, and also the heated pool was still cold for me the indoor and outdoor ones, I believe it can be better in terms of increasing the temperature.

My family and I enjoyed a delightful stay. The serene ambiance, coupled with a warm and respectful staff, created a welcoming atmosphere. The resort's team, embodying Maldives-level hospitality, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight undoubtedly was the outstanding food—fresh, diverse, and with a special nod to their thoughtful provision of baby food. Christmas and New Year festivities added a festive touch, complete with generous gifts. The poolside activities and fireplace were enjoyable. In summary, our family is immensely pleased with our stay, and we look forward to returning in the future. The positive experience, combined with reasonable pricing, makes this resort a standout choice. Kudos to the team for making our holiday truly special.

The quality of the white wine at the buffet and the thematic restaurants was ok/good: e.g., the South African one: Chamelion chenin blanc. Red and rose wine at the buffet and the red wines deposited as gifts in the room are unfortunately of poor quality. This is a point that may easily be improved: either through using imported wines or Turkish wines of higher quality. Red wine choice on the à la carte wine did not meet our taste; in particular the Jaffeline pinot noir from France really disappointed with the EUR 40 per bottle. Would have liked seeing at least one fish dish on the menu at the Sofra Turkish restaurant. Service level at the main pool bar requires improvement: guests sitting close to the burger corner/sushi cafe are frequently overlooked. Omelette offering at the buffet is very good. Would have liked shrimps as one of the ingredient options. Boiled eggs 3 min at the buffet are overcooked. Perhaps offer them upon individual order? Would have preferred evening concert music to end earlier, e.g. at 22:00 - for the guests to be able to go to sleep early.

Location right behind the sea and 40 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride to the Side old town. Moderate size hotel, max 4-5 storey buildings. Lots of vegetation providing enough shade throughout the day. Comfortable rooms and facilities. Very good food offering: both buffet and thematic restaurants. Yoga and tennis. Support with transfer from/to Antalya airport or shopping facilities nearby.

1. Underwater rocks on the beach are not marked with a buoys or any other floats? There is general warnings sign but nothing more. 2 Too laud life music till аpprox. 22:45. Not sure how babies and toddlers managed to sleep.. It was annoying actually for adults as well.

wifi was a bit slow and patchy..hardly a big issue.

Amazing ultra all inclusive hotel. Far exceeded our expectations. Incredible pools, plentiful sunbeds by the pools and on the beach. Grounds kept immaculately. Food and drink in all the restaurants, at all times of the day were exceptional very generous and prepared to a very high standard. Housekeeping was very efficient and professional.
