Location. The Taxi Bait of 10 Euros for a 3 min drive. And overpriced shops. Didn't like how the taxis just ruined the outside exploration of the areas.

The resort is renovated and is great to stay with kids. All inclusive really includes everything from food at the hotel to the beach. Staff were great and the daily room service was perfect. The best part was definitely the food. One of the best All Inclusive food we ever had with Ala Carte Menu

The food was delicious, and the variety was impressive, catering to different tastes. Whether I was enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the experience at Barut goia was always delightful. A special thanks goes to the staff at Olea Restaurant and beach bar, who provided exceptional service! They were attentive and friendly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The drinks were refreshing, and it was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The entertainment team deserves recognition for their energy and creativity. They organized fun activities and shows that kept everyone entertained. It was great to have so many options for entertainment right at the hotel. The services provided at the spa and hair salon were also top-notch. I had an amazing massage, and my hair was styled perfectly. It's wonderful to have these amenities available on-site. Additionally, the convenience of the shuttle bus to the beach made it easy to enjoy some time by the sea without any hassle. Overall, my stay at Barut Goia was memorable and enjoyable. I really liked the hotel, but there were some problems: 1. The staff lied to me about the heated pool outside and inside. Before booking this hotel, I asked about the heated pool. After a positive response about the water at 25 degrees, I booked a hotel with payment in advance. But the water in the spa and pool was colder than the sea at the end of October. The children's pool was also cold. From the spa they sent me to the reception with this problem, and at the reception 2 different members of staff said that they would call the technical service, but the water never became warm. Other reviews from vacationers in October also speak about this problem. 2. There is no soundproofing in the rooms: you can loudly hear the water running in your neighbors’ showers, or your neighbor watching TV (it’s good that there were very few vacationers in the hotel). And on the last morning, around eight in the morning, I heard screams from one of the nearby rooms, loud conversations, etc., which did not stop for more than 20 minutes. Only my knocking on the wall helped stop it, after which it finally became quiet. By the way, the windows have good sound insulation: at first I thought that something had happened on the street and ran out onto the terrace, but there was silence on the street)))) the noise was only heard from my bedroom.

1. Spacious and bright room with everything you need for cooking. 2. The rooms and hotel are kept clean. The maids even washed the dishes in your room if you didn’t have time to wash them. 3. At the end of October it is very quiet because there are almost no guests. 4. Good breakfasts, but without lentil chorba.

The housekeeper didn't clean the room as we expected. They only came to fold blankets and adjust toilet lids.

There were 4 of us, 2 adults 2 children. The bed arrangement could have been better by giving us actual double beds instead of all single beds. The bed sheets were not very comfortable considering how hot the weather was.

Fantastic experience. Great service by staff and food catering. Delicious buffet and easy to access facilities such as laundry and mini market. Spa was a great experience for both me and my wife. Help desk were very friendly with supporting our needs at all times even at night. Swimming pool and bar service was amazing.

The only problem I had was with the lifeguard on the beach who most of the time was on the phone or at the restaurant with the waiters when there were lots of children and people in the sea. Also didn't change the flag to red when other hotels 50 metres away did. It was not safe as there were a lot of people in the sea.

The forgot to put shampoo and toiletries in our room, which was odd- but we got what we needed eventually.

I would recommend paying the extra and doing all inclusive as it works out much better value for money. Food and drink at the hotel is pretty pricey compared to off the hotel.

This a beautiful hotel with sooooo many things for kids to do. The rooms are a little basic but I loved that we had a small kitchen area and you could separate the bedroom from the dining area. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and my daughters (aged 3) had the best holiday ever. We booked via Booking.com as we travelled from Kuwait so the only downside was we didn't book all inclusive. We booked breakfast only.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Nice food. 10/10. Check before booking that the hotel is not on the beach, it'll take some time to get to the seashore. But the hotel probably had a bus that will get you to the beach, I don't remember beacuse we had a car. It took 2 min to get to the beach.
