Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandWashing service didnt work, bar on roof didnt work, sheets and towers had holes in them, most of service doesnt speak english, there were 2 or 3 parties in hotel that was clearly to loud and i could hear them on 3th floor. Gym was closed my entire stay and it was one of a reasons why i choose this hotel. WI-FI was garbage, 1-2 mbit/s with ping over 70ms is not enough take part in video calls, also you could only connect two devices per room what is sad limitation in 2022
Breakfest was boring, same things over and over again. They dont use enought spices. With a monthly trip this was annoying.

BulgariaThe first night I was put in one of their budget rooms and it was not great (many broken fittings, uneven bed, safe not working), so on the second day I upgraded to the standard room, which was much better - worth paying a little extra!. At breakfast many dishes were unfamiliar to me and there were no labels. The rooftop pool was not yet open for summer, even though the weather was already hot (late April).
The standard room was excellent and also very comfortable. The wifi worked well. The safe was big enough to hold a big laptop. Spacious shower. Very kind and helpful staff.

OK for a short stay. Not confortable for a longer period. Very helpful staff. The receptionist and Fatih were really nice! We had a free upgrade thanks to the receptionist 👏 Could be much much better if the management give more attention on hygiene.. All the facilities are available (the pool, hamam etc..) just need an effort to maintain everything cleaned up and it would be great!
