Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was not great...only OK - it needs some TLC - maybe I just got an older room? There was chipped wallpaper, a nasty-looking drain cover (a rubbery sort of disc covering the drain), and coffee stains on the inside of the dresser drawer. It felt dark and cramped with nowhere to walk around or sit except the bed. The furniture was obviously very cheap (particle board). Overall, the room felt dated and aged. But it was clean. The gym was OK, but one bench was broken. The pool was freezing in May. The common area had VERY loud music (who can tolerate that so loud?!). The last day of my stay, the staff put on dance club music where the "artist" was literally screaming ... for breakfast! (however: I asked them to change it to something more hour-appropriate and lower the volume and they did, so that's great - thank you very much!) I recommend the music be less offensive/no screaming in the future :) No plant-based milk for the coffee area (although Murad said they'll be providing that option starting in June - I'm adding a star for that, awesome!) the last day had fewer vegan options, but it was still ok.
Murad was awesome! ! A huge help and a loving, welcoming presence. He will take care of you. Extra star for him. The common area was beautiful, and the breakfast had vegan options. Location is superb.

Staff were friendly. Price paid was not cheap but not the dearest.

PolandOnly minor things; Sometimes I had to wait a few minutes in a shower for hot water & the room doors could have been more soundproofed. The coffee from the machine during the breakfast was awful. Other than that, everything was great.
The staff was really friendly, helpful and always available. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The location is great, it's close to the beach as well as some good restaurants; it's easy to get to the city center by bus. The rooms were comfortable. I enjoyed it and would stay there again in future.

Austriaunfortunately too many... 1. inconveniences started even before we got there. shortly after i made the reservation i was contacted and i was told that the price was incorrect and i had to pay eur 70,- on top. the next day i was sent another email and was informed that my reservation was corrext and i wouldn't have to pay more. 2. no lift - to be fair enoigh it is not mentioned in their facilities anyway 3. very poor room service - we stayed there for 8 nights and room service showed up twice even though we asked to have our room cleaned oftener. i regularly had to go myself to the maid trolley to take things they haven't refilled like for example toilette paper or fresh towels. mirrors in the room seem to never have been cleaned before. our shower had already hair in it which was never removed during our stay, i believe the shower wasn't cleaned in a long time in general. one day my slipper went under the bed. when we lifted the bed, lumps of dust were seen. 4. breakfast - the first 3 days were a horrible. they had an old grumpy guy working there who would smash the food on your plate also giving you some pissy attitude if you went back to get more bread or anything else. he was exchanged after plenty complaints, as we were told, by a nice gentleman who was very polite and wouldn't give you a strange look if you asked for more of something. the variety of the offered food is small/basic but enough. 5. the payment - payment was at checkout, no authorisation wasdone in advance. my american express card wouldn't get through even though they state on their profile that they accept it. i had to use my bank card for which my bank charged me eur 6,- fee. it surely isn't a high fee but it adds to the unpleasant experiences with this hotel. this was the third hotel of our round trip. it was the most expensive ( high season?) but the worst when it comes to price/performance ratio.
1. rahmat, the guy at the reception - he seems to be the only employee who speaks and understands english properly. he is very friendly and helpful. 2. the pool. 3. the gym - basic equipped gym but unfortunately the stationary bike didn't seem to work. 4. about 10mins walk to the beach
