We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HondurasIn the websites like Google and Booking.com states that is a pet-friendly hotel but it is not.
We really enjoyed the time we had in the hotel. FO staff was super friendly and helpful, even though there was a language barrier there was finally something who speaks English and helped us to fix things up; after that the rest of the stay was more than perfect. Room are spacious and nicely decorated, the hotel is in a really good location with everything near by. We have no complains at all.

United StatesParking was difficult due to busy one-way street. Unaffiliated parking lot down the street worked well though once I found the place. Honestly, nothing was really wrong with the place. It’s nothing exceptional but it has everything you need if you’re just looking for a place to stay.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Close to restaurants and the beach. AC worked fine. Spoke good English.

SerbiaIf the rooms were cooler before we got to the room, it would've been better but I'm sure if you ask ahead with your check-in time, they'll arrange it.
Rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. AC worked decently and the room cooled down fast which was crucial in İskenderun. Personnel was kind and helpful and the breakfast was quite fullfilling as well. Everything was above my expectations at this price point.

Everything was very good, clean, comfortable and "helpful staff" . The hotel is in the city center and everything you need is close to the hotel and there is free parking, free wi-fi.

MonacoNo functional WIFI. Soft beds. Very "bare bones" breakfast. No complimentary bottle of water, as most hotels in Turkey do. The rate was too high for the value.
The location is right in the middle of earthquake destruction and hard to find. Friendly staff but somewhat incompetent, including English language. The WIFI (included in the rate) did not work for most of our stay and they did not know how to fix it. No discount offered for this serious inconvenience.
