The rooms are more spacious than usual hotel rooms. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room especially because of its location.

Wi-Fi experience can be improved - login with the room number and passport didn't work.

The SPA in the hotel was nice, clean and free. The room also was large and pretty clean with AC condition. Near the hotel there is a bus stop to go to the center by bus (ticket costs only 18TL). The hotel is near the Antalya bus station.

Walkable from bus station (main road signposted to town) - or fist stop on the tram is right outside the hotel. Tram goes on to Airport.

Staff and management were horrible and rude. To the point the bellboy I tipped him after he brought the luggage and he straight out asked for more money in a very rude way. Afterward, he kept doing shameful gestures and weird noises every time we ran into him. To the point wen we called for a taxi through and iTaksi app. he would let them go. His name is Mustafa. Be careful of him.

The hotel location is truly the best! It is right in front of the tram station and close to many toutist attractions.

Pool is Cool, Breakfast have wide varieties, Staff are helpful, location is 5 min away from both beach & city centerand by car and most of attractions are within 20-1 hour by car, including Aquarium and most malls, 24/7 mini market next door

Nothing worth mentioning, I had one problem but when I informed the reception they immediately solved it.

My stay was comfortable because Hotel was good and had location close to tram station just 1min walk or else Reception can call Taxi for you. There are two fuel station on each side with shopping mart so if you need snacks or drinks you can get easily. Service was also good, hotel reception did the booking for my Airport drop-off also gave a good price. Room was big and everyday house keeping cleaned the room. Overall hotel has good service and has perfect location due to Tram station, so you are still connected to the city center even if the hotel is a little far from center. Note: You need Antalya card to travel from Tram and Bus. There are machines at every tram station from where you can purchase the card. When I bought the card price was TR11.00 then you have to top-up the balance. Avg. Trip cost around TR6.00

Horrible wifi, forget about watching videos. Pretty noisy from parking spot at night, woke up at 5 a.m. due to some alarm. No place to put toothbrushes in bathroom.

Nice place to stay and rest. Best bath I ever had, nice room and bed. Decent free breakfast. Very easy to check in & out. 24/7 shop near the hotel. Great sauna and swimming pool.

Could use a little more variety in breakfast items.

The room was spacious, with a spa bath. Nice view from the small balcony. Near to tram station. Also the hotel is almost situated inside a petrol station, so you can use the supermarket there (less than a minute walk). Breakfast area is nice with a small outside seating area. Breakfast items were good.
