We had a double room, and the beds were supposed to be a queen-sized bed, but they were just two beds standing together, so that was a bit uncomfortable and we had to find solutions for that. The facilities in the bathroom could be a bit renovated, especially the shower, as the water was leaking outside.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is located in a good district: there are a lot of places to eat and hang out and the metro station is right around the corner, so you can get anywhere in the city very quickly. The room was big, clean, and had everything necessary. The photos of the rooms correspond to real life, so all expectations were met. The cleaning service was available daily. The staff was nice.

No English channels in TV ,all were Turkish and boring .. the internet was Terrible. They have to work on it .

It’s near to metro station and bus station.. All the receptionist were very helpful. The room was ok and they do whatever you ask for to clean the room and sheets and towels. They bring a lot of water and tea and coffee every day .. they helped me to receive a lot of deliveries and they kept it safe in the reception till I come and receive it ..

No breakfast was served (at least for our booking). No shower cap in the toilet. The toilet condition can be improved - no hanger near the shower area to hang the towel, no proper place to put the soap, and when you put it near the sink, it stuck to the wet dashboard near the sink area. Couldn't watch the TV as it was not set up for viewing any English channel.

The staff at the front desk can speak English, which eases communication. They helped us to contact a taxi to go to Istanbul old city and talked to the taxi driver on our behalf, and helped us to get to the airport with a fixed taxi fare. The hotel is also clean.

There was a smoke odour in the room. Besides this everything was really good.

Good value for money. It was clean in the room, receptionist was very friendly and helped us when we left our bag at the bus station nearby. The room was big enough and it was pretty quiet in the nighttime. Location is good as well. The street is quiet but it's only 5 minutes to reach the metro.

The location! although it was in a walking distance to Nisentasi but the Neighborhood wasn’t nice and also there was a v steep street to get into the Main Street walking

the hotel was very good for its original rate with is far below the rate given by booking! honestly I was surprised since booking claims it guarantees the lowest rate, but I found out that the hotel per room rate for the same room was 60 euros and we got it via booking for 90 euro!!!

The bathroom was dirty. I found other person hairs. The shower smelled bad and it was dirty. The pillows were TERRIBLE. The noise of other guests :( The A/C was broken in my room. The room was hot and I had to open the window, sadly at 2:00 am my neighbor was smoking weed and that was the cherry of the cake The bedrooms at the 6th floor shared balcony and he was there happy smoking and all the smoke went into my room. I did not ask for help to front desk because I slept there for one night.

The room was big and with kitchen, big TV. If the hotel invest in maintenance to the bathroom, A/C and new pillows, the hotel will change for complete. The front desk guy was helpful and kind.

Spacious, clean room. We booked the one with the kitchen and it was on the 6th floor, with a balcony, which is very useful for smokers. Staff is kind and helpful.

It was OK in overalls. However, most of the facilities are out dated. No pans and no spoons ad knife and chopigbord etc. The worst thing was Wifi. I asked them about wifi ,because I had to work online .They said that they have quite good siginal. But it turned out not true. Eventually I had to buy prepaid sim as extra.

it was smaller than we thought. the location was not good as it is not that close to Taksim square but we were able to take a bus and be there within 15 minutes. the alley were the hotel is was quite steep and the view was awful.

the rooms were quite nice, big and clean. very family friendly. super small hotel though. the staff were nice and helpful. not the best English speakers but they sure tried and helped out.

My only recommendation is that they improve wifi connectivity so that it reaches all parts of the hotel establishment.
