Breakfast was delicious. Great variety and every morning different. The location of the hotel is great with parking space and a view at the tombs. The public taxi boat to the beach will pick you up at the hotel. The staff is very pleasant. The restaurant and the rooms are very nicely decorated.

The hotel had a problem with the cleanliness of the swimming pool and, as the nearest beach is a distance away, this was a shame but I realise these things happen.

Dalyan is quite a busy resort and the location of the property is slightly away which is good. The breakfast is excellent and the room and deck area by the river is spectacular with a marvellous view of the tombs. Very pleasant staff throughout.

Great location by the river and a short walk to the main strip, while also being far enough to be quiet in the evening. Mornings with breakfast by the river was lovely, with the local cats wandering around and visiting turtles in the water.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. But overall our stay was wonderful!

The location is perfectly positioned on the river with a beautiful view of the river and lycian tombs. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was simple, but clean and had all amenities. We were a short walk from the town centre with numerous restaurants and shops in close proximity. We enjoyed breakfast on the river deck and seeing the turtles.

Bed was a bit hard and small.

Peaceful hotel, a five-minute walk from Dalyan centre so slightly quieter. Very nice pool and breakfast with a beautiful view of the river. Very helpful front desk. In a town that is unfortunately inundated with Brits abroad and English breakfasts, this is a haven of Turkey for those who want to visit the beautiful coastline by boat, Itzuzu beach and the turtle hospital. I recommend Princess of Ekincik boat tours for the best boat trip, and the only good food we had in Dalyan, other than the hotel breakfast which was good.

Only concern was the light cover for the bed was only just big enough, so when one of you turned over in the night you lost some of the cover to your partner

Amazing views, 10 minute walk into town, pool was big and clean, plenty of sun beds, rooms well equipped, cleaned daily, we had a large attic room with outside small terrace and chairs, comfy bed, flat screen TV, tea and coffee, air con, nice shower, big wardrobe, small fridge.

Dalyan is a beautiful off the beaten track town. We loved the ferry ride and hike to the ruins en the evening walking the streets. Arp is very central yet quiet.

We somehow ended getting a cold from the ac :( Didn’t know that the hotel didn’t serve lunch or dinner but not an issue since restaurants are literally a minute walk away.

Stunning in person, staff friendly, the breakfast and view is phenomenal. Staff was helpful when it came to helping us with our plans. The room was clean and tidy and as described. They gave us fresh towels everyday and a bottle of water. Boats can come right up to the cafe to take you on your tour! On the quieter side of dalyan so not too hectic/loud. The cafe’s / restaurants and shops are less than 10 min walk away! It was he perfect location for us. Would recommend if you’re not looking to party but to relax and unwind. Felt like a hidden gem. As someone who stays in 5 star / luxury hotels regularly, this boutique hotel is severely underrated, and deserves more recognition.

Loved it. Beautiful property in a magical location right on the river across from the rock-cut tombs. Huge, very comfortable room, great pool and wonderful service. The owners and their team were lovely. The location is green and very quiet but just a short walk away from town, restaurants, nightlife. Lovely breakfast on the waterfront terrace by the river, plus free parking right outside. Highly recommended.

Fantastic value for money. Rooms were spotless when we arrived and were cleaned to a high standard daily. Great breakfast and afternoon tea included. All the staff at this hotel were top-notch and always smiled, which made us feel welcome. Special mention for Batu at reception who was very knowledgeable about the area and was always willing to help with any small requests. The hotel also has a small menu your can order from which came in handy when we were too lazy/hot to walk to a restaurant. Great burger! Amazing views of the tombs and plenty of occasions to spot turtles in the water when having breakfast.

Couldn't ask for a more beautiful location. Staff are kind and gave us lots of helpful advice. Definitely go to the ancient city in the evening and find a whole day boat tour! Tea served at 5pm each day.

Room was a bit small and cramped compared to what we expected for the price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, restaurant prices were great value for money and delicious. Pool area was great with plenty of lounges and the view of the river was spectacular. Car parking was very easy and convenient. Location just out of the main town was great.

The location on the river was fantastic. It has a beautiful view of the tombs right from the terrace where they serve a delicious Turkish breakfast. The hotel arranged for the water taxi to iztuzu beach to pick us up right from the hotel. We only stayed one night but loved this hotel experience.
