Nothing really, our shower was flooding a little bit but I told the receptionist and it was fixed straight away.

Perfect location, this is the second time I’ve stayed here and it was just as good as the first. Lovely staff that were very helpful with everything we needed and a fanstastic breakfast along with a perfect terrace to watch the hot air balloons for the sunrise. Also a perfect location, 1 minute walk into the Main Street of Göreme

Everyting was perfecrt. Workers are polite and friendly. Room was clean and confortable. Teras was perfect for photo of baloons show. Breakfast was delicius ans enough. I can advice this hotel. Car parking is not enough but you can find parking around the hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Goreme, and is convenient to restaurants and mountaintop viewing platforms. In addition, the hotel has an open-air viewing platform where you can see the hot air balloon taking off, which is very suitable for taking pictures. The hotel is a local cave hotel, and you can experience different styles. Importantly, the hotel includes breakfast, and the dining time is 8:30-11:00, so you can take a nap before dining after riding the hot air balloon. There are also cute kittens! The staff are also very friendly, and overall it is highly recommended. Love from China.

The hotel is nice and cosy. The stuff was so kind. Specially Hasan. The most funny and responsible guy from the reception. Also breakfast was very tasty with a lot of varieties. Of course the view from the rooftop is one of the best and you can make a great pictures in front of balloons. Many facilities around in a walking distance. Interior is just wow. So we really enjoyed our staying.

The room was excellent, super clean and big. Wonderfull decoration! The breakfast was very good, diversified and tasty. Both terraces are wonderful, well decorated and charming, with a superb view trough the valley and mountains. The hotel is located less than 5m downtown, what is very convinient. The owners are very kind, friendly and ready to help guests. The last day, early morning, the taxi didn't come to pick up us to the airport and they helped immediately. Nice and good people. I invited them to visit me in Portugal (not for all!). Thank you, Tugçe Kasikçi. Your attitude will never be forgotten.

The shower was not proper. The vent of the AC outlet made the toilet floor wet.

One of the most beautiful accommodations in the area, it combines a beautiful view, excellent and comfortable rooms and kind staff! Our stay there was very pleasant, the hotel offers a rich breakfast every morning, which also contributed to the amazing view from the roof! We were quite pleased and would recommend it for your stay in Cappadocia!!! I would like to thank them as it was my birthday on the days I went and they helped me a lot with what I asked of them!!! If I come to Cappadocia again, I would definitely stay at bedrock cave❤️

This was definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The balcony was to die for and you could easily see the hot air balloons. The room was very comfortable and large with an amazing bathroom. The staff were impeccable! They helped us sort out all of our day trips and activities, which we would recommend to everyone. Perfection on every level. Incredible elevated location with stunning magical views all day & night. The cave rooms are superb and immaculate & so comfortable. Best location right in the middle of all the great spots of Goreme so super easy to walk to everything, yet nice and peaceful at night. The breakfast is phenomenal and a huge range of delicious food is offered. The owner Tugce is one of the most beautiful people we have ever met. Super helpful & brilliant at organising trips & tours for us & so helpful & kind with great recommendations for dining around town. Staying here was the highlight of our entire trip to Turkey. You will not be disappointed if you book here. Beautiful stay with beautiful family run hospitality that makes you feel so special. Did I mention the out of this world views? They are spectacular from the rooftop as well as the terrace and restaurant area. You will get the most amazing photos here & see the balloons so close up each morning as well as stunning sunsets. Really a breathtaking place that we will remember for the rest of my life. Unforgettable & magical in every way.

There was no wastebin hotel should look into this. Also since it is an underground cave room it would be helpful if there is a fan kept for air circulation. There should atleast be one white light in the room We took a green tour from the hotel which was very good, however because of Owners miscommunication or being non proactive we had to pay around 200€ for the balloon instead of 90€...she understood and apologized i am writing this part so that next time she would be cautious while commiting...

The hotel is very well maintained Breakfast was excellent with loads of variety. I would like to mention that Hassan was very helpful. We took an underground room that had a Jacuzzi Overall a fantastic hotel and staff

What an incredible place! Owner is super kind and gave me great suggestions for what to do. I felt zero pressure to book a tour with her — she was genuinely being helpful. The hotel itself is great. Beautiful terrace, room was comfortable, shower was good. Breakfast was delicious. Location is awesome; it’s in the middle of town but on a quieter side street. Seriously, this place is a gem.

Everything was perfect!!

Everything!! Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Tuğçe and the other staff were on hand for anything I needed. Always smiling and friendly. 5 minute walk to everything and view from the terrace was amazing. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a great selection of Salads, Cheese, bread and fruit with Coffee, water and Juice. When I return to Cappadocia. This will be my home. Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect! The rooms are complete just like the descriptions. I love how they served us for the breakfast. We are like king n queen with so many dishes for 4 person (even there are only 2 of us). The staff also so kind and understanding. The hotel located just 4-5mins walking from the bus stop and centre of goreme. There is a balcony on the upstairs of the hotel to take pictures with view of the goreme. Great experience!! I recommend this place)))
