It was the best breakfast we had in Turkey. The lady serving the breakfast was very kind and made an omelette for us on request as we were bored of having boiled eggs. She also made the most amazing Gozleme.

I'm not a high strung traveller I get on with it! could have done with some washing up liquid and sponges to wash our dishes that we used and a tea towel but that's about it! we worked with it.. all part of the fun!

Loved, loved, loved, the Turkish breakfast each morning and great coffee vending machine. Saved going out to find something early! and now I need to learn to recreate the eggs. The design style aesthetic and the properties vibe is natural and comfortable. Location, location, location, superb access to the local Mall and even a good walk to Fethiye Market and Harbour area. Friendly staff, helped me learn some Turkish! Came end of season and stayed in the Deluxe Studio with Kitchenette, ideal for storing some snacks drinks and food. We didn't cook though but the facilities where available to do so. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and caught up on all my Netflix shows when we didn't fancy going out after our days sightseeing and exploring. Will recommend to my FB travel groups I am in. A lovely family feel business and made us feel at home from home.

The room is facing the street. Can’t fully open the curtain regarding to privacy reasons. But the daylighting it’s still ok.

The location is so convenient. The hotel is very close to Fethiye Otogari, to where it takes about 8-10 minutes by walk. The minibus station is directly at the front gate of the hotel. Also the room is clean and has enough space. And the staff here is so kind and warm. Great living experience.

It is a renovated charming hotel. It has a Friendly, helpful, and wonderful staff. They offered their help with everything we asked, i.e. ordering a taxi, arranging a transfer, etc. We totally appreciate it:) The rooms are clean and wide. They serve breakfast with freshly baked pastries on the trace. They even make you an omelet if you ask. The hotel is close to local restaurants and a mall. I am very satisfied with our choice and would definitely book it again. Totally recommended.

What a beautiful new building. Literally the nicest building on the street. The staff was super friendly, the rooms are very spacious and well appointed. They have a roof top breakfast restaurant which was outstanding.

Bit of a walk from the main part of town but fine if you’re happy to take transport or a taxi. No cutlery or crockery in the room for anything beyond tea and coffee.

Felt very luxurious and relaxing. Nice balcony. Beautiful little buffet breakfast. Was nice and quiet and helpful staff too. Had a good little relaxing day before moving on to my next stop.

The location is about 2km from the old city - consider that if you don't have a private vehicle.

What an amazing staff! They've been available to answer to any questions, from booking boat trips to how to do our laundry with their service. We rarely have seen such kindness, support and help. The hotel itself is brand new (from 2020) and the room was comfy and spacious, a nice lobby bar and a lovely terrace where breakfast is served every morning.

Breakfast was nice with view of the city on the top floor. Comfortable rooms with excellent mattresses. Erasta mall is within walking distance of 2 minutes. Staff was very helpful to any of our inquiries. Hotel in overall is "value for money". The only issue that we faced during our stay was an erroneous charge made by the property according to our bank statement. However, their prompt attention to this matter undoubtedly contributed to a thorough resolution, and we appreciate their cooperation in addressing this issue effectively. In more detail, after we returned home and checked our bank account, we realised that the charge went actually through. Therefore, we have contacted Booking.com so they escalate the matter to the property in order to arrive at a satisfactory resolution. According to the property's account, an initial attempt was made to charge our card for our payment, which seemed from their side that it was declined. In response to this, they communicated with us to arrange an alternative payment method involving cash, which they confirm was successfully executed based on their records. However, the initial charge of our card was indeed processed and debited from our account which led to a discrepancy. Finally, the property responded to our claim and they confirmed our refund. Their attention to this matter reassures that we will definetely visit the property again, since we visit Fethiye very often!

This is a real gem of a hotel. Located perfectly for trips and everything you would need on a daily basis, you can get around quickly to Ölüdeniz and other parts in Turkey (e.g. Pamukkale). Yhe main bus station is 5mins away. To the harbor and city center you can walk in 20mins. The room was quiet even though facing the street. The breakfast was delicious and it is served at the rooftop terrace from where you have an amazing view across the city, to the green mountains and beautiful sunsets. The service and staff was great. The beds comfortable, the bath clean, everything seemed to be quite new. We were happy and were able to do everything we planned, so our trip was perfect and we can recommend it and would definitely come back.
