I stayed a night at New Park Hotel. The rooms are clean. The WiFi is good. I got a room with a most beautiful view of the Park. The hotel is also very close to the metro with easy access to the rest of the city. The hotel is a stone throw away from Kizilay. All in all, an excellent comfortable stay.

Very polite staff, you will feel truly welcomed. Clean room and very good gym, spa. Nice restaurant with good breakfast and cozy cafe. Good location with metro station nearby, park and 10min walk from city center

The staff is excellent, a girl on the first day was very helpful, on the second day Omer was great, and Burcu from the guest relations is so kind. The location is perfect facing a big nice park and is close to Ankara attractions and only 15 minutes walking distance from Kizilay. The hotel is big with full amenities. And the room which didn't state a view came with a view. Sound insulation is very good. Breakfast is very rich and delicious.

The location is good with the proximity to all the major attractions around the city, the staff was very polite and cordial with us, The hotel serves you a decent variety of breakfast options.

I had one of the bigger rooms in the main façade of the building. Unfortunately the windows provide almost no noise insulation and the hotel is right above a big avenue. I had to request a change to a room in the back (which are smaller), which was fortunately quieter. The wifi worked very poorly.

The hotel was nice for a couple of days. The rooms were alright, though the bathroom was a bit outdated. The plus (and reason why I chose it ) was the spa. It is small but convenient and felt really good after a long day of work.

The hotel is quite outdated. The rooms are small and not really accommodating for 2+1 as it was announced. The extra beds are poor quality, our son had twice experienced the folding side during sleep . The sizes of beds don’t correspond to the photos. On the photos they look larger, but in reality they have 2 small beds ( 1,20cm). The quality of things is poor. They provide 2 bottles of water and 2 bags of tea. Finally this hotel doesn’t correspond to a 5 stars hotel. It would be a good 3 star ⭐️

The best thing was a good breakfast, big range of food. The hotel takes care of parking space in case you travel by car. The beds were pretty comfortable and they have a pillows menu ( which is interesting), not sure if it works, but it is announced.

It’s not really a 5 star hotel. I think they judge your appearance and based on that they give you a room. I’m pretty sure the first room they gave us was not properly cleaned and sheets were not changed. Bed was just made after others had just stayed in the room. (That is not a fact just an assumption based on what we saw) example: Toilet seat had dried urine on it even though there was a label wrapped around the seat that it has been sanitized and cleaned. It definitely was not. Sheets smelled like someone had been sleeping on them a few days. After confronting the situation, they gave us another room and everything was clean in it. Sheets smelled fresh and did look washed compared to the other sheets. Hotel is convenient location wise as it has three train station across the street which will take you anywhere you need to go. Hotel is at best a 3star hotel. But Id rate it a 2. It’s definitely not a 5 or 4 thats for sure and should be looked at by non corrupted officials who gives hotels their ratings.

The bed and pillows was super comfortable . Shower was great with high pressure.

The spare bed was unusable due to its position. Kid hit head on side table. Couldn’t move the bed as it blocked walkway. The fridge didn’t work and when opened had a horrible stink. Even after I asked the reception lady no change to fridge or smell! Bathroom while clean had a musty smell in shower area. The grouting dirty. For a 5 star hotel I didn’t find it value for money.

The location was walking distance to good cafes and close to Ankara station. The room was clean and comfortable.

After you are informed about spa and other facilities at check-in desk, you are called by spa department again in the middle of your sleep via room telephone even though you've already informed receptionist that you are not interested. There are always staff walking, talking each other loud in the hallway during the day, creating constant noise. There is almost no sound isolation in the rooms, which makes it hard to sleep due to noises from other rooms. The day after you leave hotel, they text you via whatsapp through your personal number like: "hello, I am X from New Park Hotel. How are you?" - It's weird and against personal data protection.
