Small suggestion: breakfast: more drink selection

This four-star property was incredibly accommodating during my stay. When I needed to adjust my check-in date due to my daughter's illness, the manager, Abdul Raheem, was understanding and waived the penalty fee. The reception staff, though struggling with English, used Google Translate to assist us throughout our stay, even upgrading us to a suite at no extra cost. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

Location. It's walkable from the railway station, but a good 30 minutes walk from the main sights. I didn't mind this, as I found the walk always interesting, and Konya feels very safe. But this is more a business rather than a tourist orientated hotel. Having to walk quite far or always having to take taxis might be a put-off for some visitors.

Breakfast is buffet style and very good indeed. A buffet dinner is also available, which is both handy and very good value. I had a very comfortable bed and lots of space. I loved having a bath (not always easy to get with single accomodation), and I appreciated the choice of channels on the TV. Although I am not a smoker, I accepted a smoking room in order to get a bath rather than a shower. Useful for smokers to know that you can still smoke in this hotel. No alcohol in the restaurant though!! Enjoyed going up to the roof for the great view.

The bathroom design is weird, water splits to everywhere when you are bathing.

It was far too hot in the room and the air conditioner didn't seem to work until we asked in the middle of the night for them to remotely turn it on.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Pretty standard hotel. We left some items in the room when checking out by accident and they immediately contacted us and offered to help post the items to us.

The hotel is well known in Konya and popular for business trips. We were upgraded for free to a family suite, which was one of the biggest suites I have ever seen. Everything was very clean and the staff was very careful and supportive. The breakfast was excellent.

Requested and provided a non-smoking room, but the room was on the smoking floor! I had to use a bath towel to block the door gap to minimize smoke from entering the room. However, I still smell the smoke in the room! The toilet leaked when flushing the toilet.

Hammam was closed when I was there but not a big deal.

Convenient location with all the modern amenities, good Wi-Fi, and sumptuous breakfast near the center of Konya. We were upgraded to a better suite for free.
