We were told to not bring any food to our room, not even fruits nor coca cola. This never happened before in any of the hotels and we've traveled a lot. The room was smelly of cigarettes. The room was small, the air conditioner was not in the right place, it was old and we could not use it to its full potential. The bed was strange, the legs on the bed were broken off (?) on one side so it was under an angle a bit thus we had to sleep backwards. The whole appearance of the hotel was that it used to be a great place to stay and to hang out but not anymore. Very sad.

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the location, it is centrally located and it is very close to the beach. Spacious bathroom in the room. This is pretty much it.

Staff was very rude when there were problems with the room and there was plenty. All the problems were downplayed with bad attitude. Dirty rooms with dirty and torn towels and sheets. Had to change room because of cockroach problem and even then I had to argue about it. Only one staff member spoke English. Can't recommend this "hotel" to anyone. Also overheard other customers complaining.

The only ”bad” thing would be that the wifi is sometimes not working well but that’s normal and such a little thing so it didn’t bother me too much.

Nicest, most helpful and funniest staff. Perfect location, not too far from the city and beach is next to the hotel. Also if you need a taxi the taxi station is right next to the hotel. If you need little snacks, cigarrets or drinks you can just go to the lobby and buy from there and it’s not overly priced which is so good thing. The pool is not usually too crowded so you can go there and relax. Also i love that the hotel is not too expensive and you can still get a good room and everything. Overall i always enjoy my time in there.

For the price which I paid the condition was extremely good, but like recomandation I suggest a refrigerator in a room.

The cleaning was the worst experience I ever had. The cleaning lady came every second day, but you coulnd't really tell if she has been there or not. The day we checked in the room was already dirty. The room was always smelling when we came home from being out. The staff was really unfriendly, and we weren't allowed to bring anything to drink or eat in our room unless it was bought from their own shop. I have never experienced something like that, and I have been traveling many years in Turkey at many different cities and many different hotels, Marmaris, Istanbul, Kusadassi, Antalya, and Alanya. The toilet door couldn't close probably. When we were taking shower the water ran out of the shower cabin, so the floor got really wet in the bathroom. One of the staff gave us some more floor-towels and told us just to use them. One day the water was really much on the floor, so we used a normal towel. The day after, we were told, that we had ruined the towel by using it at the floor and we had to pay 50 lira for a new towel for them. The staircase task was always smelling, like there has been smoking 10.000 cigarettes there, and the floor never has been washed. We were living at the 3th floor and the wifi was really bad and slow. All together a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this hotel. I have read some of the other commentes, that guests have left about this hotel. And I also see that the hotel manager is really fast to write something bad back, and I also expect him to do that to me. But believe me. Everything I have written is true. I wish I had taken some pictures to document this whole experience but I didn't think about that in the moment

Close to the beach and taxi place. That Is the only thing I think was nice.
