The best thing is good location, you have metro, train and boat near. The staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is perfectly clean. They arranged awsome transport from the airport and back. Breakfast eas good. Very good rangr of price and quality.

The hotel need a renovation, it is obvious that it was made a long time ago and most of thing seems pretty much used.

Overbooked hotel with extremely bad substitute hotel choice that have low hygiene standard. We lost a lot of time just to check in because we went from original hotel to another where we wait an hour for room that was disgusting and catastrophic than mr. Hakim lead us to another hotel where we could stay just one night and again return to original hotel. About Best Town Hotel room and breakfast I can say that photos on booking look beautiful and real scene is different in bad way.

Mr.Hakim was helpful as much as he can.

We don't even know where to start. Worst experience ever.. and we are used to travel a lot. Let's start with the room of the hotel: dusty, with visible stains on the bedsheets and there was an intense smell coming from the toilet. They changed our room, but the issues were still there. Also, on each floor there was a strong smell of smoke. There were only savoury options for breakfast.. water was missing (and that says it all), and every time we tried to communicate with the hotel staff they replied to us using google translate as they had very limited knowledge of English language. We booked the transfer with the hotel to go to the airport and the transfer was 20min late (and never showed up). In the meanwhile, we asked 3 times to the receptionist to call a taxi.. Once he managed to find a taxi, he told us that the payment was already sorted out (50euros given in advance as requested by them), but once we asked the taxi driver if he received the payment from the receptionist, he told us that he only received 25 euros, meaning that rest of the money is still in the receptionist pocket (and we were already late to go back and request a clarification). Istanbul is a beautiful city, but if you want to enjoy it do not stay at this hotel.

Room was not as spacious as it was showing in pics. Staff was not well trained. Less amenities in the room. Breakfast menu was limited.

My luggage was searched and attempted theft. The lock of my bag was broken for the purpose of theft, but there were only clothes. On the same day, money was stolen from a Turkish family on the same day. I did not get the room I chose, but I was given triple rooms with small beds. The administration and the staff are not cooperative, except for a young Syrian named Mujahid, who was cooperative and decent. I do not recommend staying in this hotel. No one will help you with thefts

I went with my family during Ramadan. They told us that we would have sehur at the hotel, but we had to go to another place to eat. There was a terrible smell of dampness in the bathroom.The staff was fine, English no.😃 They cleaned the room. Location is great ,but I will not return to this hotel.

Breakfast was poor, every day same and felt like it was not fresh. Small room, stuffed with beds, you could not walk around.

As this is not a very expensive hotel, you get value for your money, but I would not recommend it or go back

The location is great as you can reach all the attractions in ten minutes. The hotel is smaller, the rooms are decent.

The rooms have way too many issues There is an issue with electricity, with one light per room, which is not working properly, you will spend too many dark night. Kept complaining about it from the first minute I was in the room seriously. There There was the issue with the light in the toilet Then the toilet got broken They don't have someone in-site to fix the issues, you have to wait for days Other guests mentioned the same problem, and we have spent one night in a different room it had also the same problem with electricity Also tge room is nowhere as big as mentioned on booking - this needs to be fixed I honestly won't stay there again.

location is excellent , close to all transportation ways and shops, restaurants, historical sites. Room was ok and clean, staff is nice and helpful. hotel is good as for budget and location.

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel because it was always perfect stay, and yet this will be the last time also…..firstly we booked airport transfer, we were promised that someone will be waiting for us upon arrival, we had to wait 1 hr until our driver appeared!! We arrived finally at the hotel, they gave us the best room in the hotel( NOT) , was on 6th floor, lift goes only to 5th floor so we had to carry our bags up! Room door was large open!! Room was smelly, mould on every corner specially around the bathroom, on the floor also, broken toiled seat, old toothpaste in the sink, bad smell coming from the draining sieve in the bathroom!! We asked to change room , unfortunately was no room available! And were promised good clean, however the smell was still coming from the bathroom☹️! My be these considered normal post COVID!!! Anyway itis worse to share our experience!
