Everything else was terrible The manager was a sexist, racist and an extremist, he disrespectede and my partner, and he should be firedediately for such a behaviour

the staff ripped me off in the price (they made me pay for two rooms at the price of one) the staff is not polite the hotel is dirty (blood stains on the sheets, spiders, dirt everywhere.) the swimming pool is too small and closed at night. The baby bed is miserable and broken. the room is old with worn furniture, the luminosity is catastrophic the water cuts several times so be careful when taking a shower honestly it's horrible

I like only the location Maybe also Lara Bazaar not so far from the hotel

the reception not helpful except Mr bulut,,the pool and the beach not clean ,,the quality of the break fast very poor..the restaurant and bar wrote a price in the menu and after they bring the chek they change it and said it’s old,,they have no extra blanket

I love this hotel first of all for the very friendly and helpful staff- this was my third stay .The location is great- just a few kilometers to the old town. The beach is the best in Antalya with very friendly staff. My seaview room with balcony was very comfortable- perfectly clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is served at the beach restaurant- great variety of food and fresh made omeletteas and orange juice.. I enjoyed every single moment of my stay at the hotel- highly recommend the Bilem Hotel .

WifI signal was almost non-existent as we were in the last room along the corridor.

Lovely location right on the coast. They having a bathing platform below, plus a couple of sun decks with plenty of lounger chairs and sun umbrellas. Note there is no sandy beach near by. Nice little balcony. Pleased to be able to park my rental car at the side of the hotel. Breakfast is in separate building much nearer sun desk, lovely views. NB 40m below hotel accessed by a lift.

Everything, room was not clean, electricity is not working, can't have bath unless the water is too hot to handle or to cold. Security is very weak they could not handle other guest noise at late time and the hotel is very noisy I could not slept for 2 day

Nothing but the location at the beach, and the beach stuff was helpful except I had to pay my expenses at once and not added to my final invoice when checking out

This was the worest experience as the room kept for 3 days without cleaning and they said that the room service finish at 7 pm and they entered the room without my existence i told them a lot not to do this the result that i have been stolen in this hotel!!!

No tea facilities available in the room. Upon calling reception we were provided with a kettle and cups. Not even one sachet of coffee. The little things matter most.
