There was a problem with the smell of cigarette smoking. The corridor bins where placed near the door of our room and they weren't emptied at all during the 3 days we stayed, nor did the bins in our room. We ended up having to empty them ourselves. We had difficulty explaining to members of staff to give us some bed sheets instead of the duvets that we had to put up with in the hot weather. The housekeeper didn't understand when we asked that the room needed cleaning. No room cleaning during the 3 days and we just gave up asking for bed sheets. We tried in English, French and Arabic but the message just didn't get through.

General friendly attitude of the staff, the sea view, the swimming pool and the restaurant by the sea were all great.

I was disappointed that we weren’t told ahead of time that the pool would be out of action, as we specifically booked a hotel that had a pool. The walls are also very thin and there were people getting back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning, making a lot of noise.

The room was good, with a nice view. Staff were friendly.

Cant understand how this was 4stars hotel,everything was dirty,carpets in the hallway,pillows in the bed.Istayed at the same hotel 6 years ago and it was in a much better condition.So pity because the location is nice and close to the airport.

Spa is outdated albeit free of charge. The hotel itself is a bit 1980 cheap chiq but so are many other hotels in Antalya. bfast place is good location above beach club 3 min walk from hotel but a bit more effort should be given to food area cleanlines as flies were all over the fruit and some food.

Best thing about the hotel is it's beach club. Good music, great location on the beach and trendy with waiter service.

I sent an email to the hotel two months before my stay and requested them to give me a room on the upper floors of the hotel, but when I got there, they gave me a room on the lower floors of the hotel and considering that I had booked sea View , There was a building in front of my room that blocked the view of the sea for me, and I did not enjoy this hotel's performance, and although I submitted my request to them, they did not pay any attention to my request.

The shower cabin had water drainage problem and the equipment to hang the shower was broken. The water would not drain and it was very difficult to shower and overall a very dirty feeling. The bathroom overall was also very small.

reception staff have good english skills and are polite , rest of staff - average or none english , rug in corridor stained permanently, toilet flush broken , 1st floor rooms just above parking lot .ca4m so You can enjoy sea view with smell of gasoline and car noise same time , soundproof of walls and doors average , food taste and quality below average - , when You come 9.45 almost nothing left from warm meals (breakfast served till 10.00) they will not provide more food when You ask for it ,they provide 6 types of warm meals - 3 of them which were almost every day are french fries , wieners , cooked tomatos , 3 others also nothing special none soft drinks provided for breakfast , orange juice cost extra 50 TL - You can drink water for free :) reasonable good location - ca.20-30 min to old town by taxi , and nice private beach /gulf , swimingpool located between main building and busy road - ca8m from road , separeted by wall , equipment at beach-old ,worn out ,

, of right got to be honest here , we stayed 10 days , 6 out of 10 of those days the pool was green , after a quiet word at reception it was sorted out befor we left , but despite signs saying no street clothes every day there were people swimming in the pool fully dressed in there street clothes , there are lots of trip hazards and some broken edge tiles that need to be addressed , beds are clean but hard and uncofortable, lack of lighting in the room also , bathroom was perfect , there is a policy of no food and drink to be allowed from outside the hotel, but it's very expensive to get drinks inside as you will see from the beach club , they use the same menu, , and lastly ,the noise from the underground nightclub till 4 in morning hmmm luckily I took ear plugs but lot of complaints from people who suffered sleepless nights , all in all its a 3* hotel and it struggles to get that in my opinion , its OK if you are on a budget ,as I was there just to get my teeth done , I would not take my family there , !!! and it's deffo not high class ,.

The faciliy is old in our room the telephone was not working and the hair dryer also was not working. i asked for fixing hair dryer 4 times during 2 days but no result, at end i tired from asking and check out the hotel without using hair dryer. Need take care more about customer demands

Beach was not open but when I checked the website was saying that it would be open, very poor breakfast. The furnitures in the rooms were very old and not maintained and overall dirty. You couldn't bring any food from outside but they didn't have a menu for room service.

The view was very nice and location its ok, staff was very kind.
