We ordered 2 cocktails from the hotel bar & sent them back as tasted like watered down squash. On checkout, the cocktails had not been cancelled on our bill but the hotel did not charge us after we explained we had returned them.

30 minute walk to marina or 100tl in taxi which hotel called for us. Nice room with a large bed & pool view. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Very helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast until 11pm. The hotel has pretty good location in the city centre which is close to the historical sightseeings, like the Antique Theatre and ruins of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, as well as 10 minutes walking to the sea beach.

Our shower room had no ventilation and the extractor fan didn't seem to be functioning.... That said, it wasn't terribly important to us as everything else exceeded our expectations

Beautifully kept and the pool area quiet and staff v attentive. The spa was fab and my friend said her massage was one of the best (she has had many in her time) Restaurant food was delicious too.... Overall....a real gem! Bora, the pool waiter was v sweet too... We will most definitely return!

The worst experience we had was from the night staff at the reception. They could not speak English and although they smiled it was obvious they did not know what to do. During the day, the Manager was excellent, intelligent and extremely helpful. Unfortunately most of my family arrived late evening!!

Soundproofing could be better. Lots of stray dogs around the hotel that are continuously barking at night - if you are a light sleeper, that might be a nuisance.

We have stayed in late November and got free upgrade to a suite, which was great. The room was clean, warm and had all necessary stuff. The cleaning service was provided every day in timely and efficient manner. The breakfast was decent - nothing fancy that one might expect from a 5* hotel, but it has fair choice of dishes, including some hot ones, such as omelette, pancakes, fried eggs etc. The in-house Italian restraurant might be a bit overpriced, but offers good quality and nice selection of wines. Overall, all the employees were super friendly and helpful and we even extended our stay for 1 night.

The reception staff could have been more helpful, their directions to places of interest etc were very sketchy & unhelpful. People going out early & securing sun beds with their towels & leaving them all day. Baskets for used towels might stop this if people had somewhere to put them instead of leaving on sun beds.

Lovely setting of rooms overlooking the pool. Good restaurant serving Italian & Turkish food. Excellent Spa & therapists, would highly recommend treatments.

I thought the attached Italian restaurant was overpriced and the staff were unfriendly.

The room was lovely, very clean, tea, coffee and water provided. The courtyard pool was lovely, fantastic (and very helpful) staff and great service. The spa facilities were lovely, we spent a couple of hours dozing in the beautiful relaxation room. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious.

The room and especially bathroom is quite small but not an issue when spending all day in the gorgeous outside area.

The pool area is fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and food very good quality. The wellness centre is a must visit.
