The double rooms are quite small but still perfect for the purpose of the stay we had, beds are comfortable. Breakfast selection was basic but more than enough, the only thing is that the food provided should be labeled at least customers are aware what they have been served if some dietary requirements apply.

Great location and value for money. The Hotel is at a short walk distance from the main tourist areas in Istanbul. We stayed 5 nights, staff was lovely and always accommodating, they even provided us with some tea while we were relaxing in the lounge/front area in between our strolls :) It is the perfect fit if you are planning to spend most of your day outside exploring the city. Supermarket and tons of restaurants nearby! Thank you for looking after us, we had a blast!

The hotel is very close to the metro stop and Galata Tower. Our room was large and clean. Mr. Oktay and Mr. Muharrem at the reception were ready to help with any issue, the breakfast was satisfying and fresh. I will come to this hotel again.

The breakfast menu does not have variety, everyday same food. The standard room is on the small side for 2 people, but our upgrade with our extended stay, provided better room space.

The staff was accommodating, friendly & sometimes went out of their way to help. The facility is neat, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and centrally located to cover a wider excursion area if you only have a few days in Istanbul (nearby attractions Galata Tower & Istiklal street).

The wi-fi is bad. Also the breakfast needs to be improved asap, there is no dressing for the salad (no olive oil or vinegar) and sometimes the warm dishes are cold. There are no sweets and if you want some fruits, they only have apples.

The hotel is really nice, clean and well located. Also the parking included was a bonus for us. The room was a little bit small, but it is nicely decorated.

Very small room and bathroom. Internet too slow to use for anything. Slightly loud at the weekend due to its location but as I am not light sleeper it didn't bother me.

Great location, easy access to metro. Breakfast buffet was good and enough for us. Hotel was clean, comfy bed and functional bathroom. Staff was ok and responded to our requests quite quickly. Overall not 5* stay but good value for money. If I am in Istanbul again I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Bristol again.

I booked Standard Double or Twin Room for family total 3 person include 3 year old baby. My accepting room little bit bigger but its not. Bed is comfortable but small as well it should be 160X200 at-lest. Breakfast options are very limited only some salad and egg and coffee. But quality is good at-least.

Nothing unexpected, but things to be aware: - Going by car to the hotel can be tough in day hours. The traffic is pretty bad. - Breakfast was modest, no lobby bar or mini bar, so have that in mind

The location is good, staff was very friendly. They helped us with the parking, which is probably the biggest problem in that area. The hotel is renovated and clean.

In New part of hotel standart room was very small, even could not move when put our laggage. Then we asked and moved to old part, where rooms are bigger, but not vey clean and as windows were facing to bars and restaurants, was too much noise, could not sleep till 3/4 AM.

Location is Super, very close to Taksim, Galata tower,metro and funiculiar tunnel. Need only 10-15 minutes to reach also Galata port and Galata bridge. New part of th hotel is vey clean and Reception guys are very friendly.
