Apparently, it is a safety measure that the electricity in your room goes off when you take the pass card with you. This makes it really warm in the room and in the fridge when you're gone for the day. It would be nice if these would be kept on when you're away, so that the room stays at a cool temperature at all times. Despite this, their AC's were of really good quality and did in fact cool the room rather quicky once they got activated.

We thought the breakfast would be a buffet, which was a little disappointing. However, the food that was served was pretty good, if you are a breadlover. The staff there are nice and happy to help with all questions! It can help to have google translate with you in case you have a particular request that they don't understand in English.

Staff hardly spoke English, so we usually communicated via Google translate. Wi-Fi is literally non-existed. It was such a terrible connection in the hotel, basically NO data transmission went thru. Hence we came from Europe, in Asia we were depending on the Hotel's Wi-Fi, which basically disturb our entire vacation time. Anywhere else we went to, Wi-Fi was always better, than here. Huge room for improvement related to the digital World.

Perfect location, just 1 corner away from the seaside promenade. Really in a location, where you can feel the night vibes of Konyaalti (Antalya's beach area). 7/24 non-stop shop(s) just 10 m away from Hotel's entrance.

Not great understanding of English by staff, the guy who works the nights could learn customer skills, simple smile or hello and goodbye would be nice. Downstairs restaurant is dead, could do with playing some music.

Location is great, the lady who works the day shift was amazing and helpful the guy who works the nights could learn a thing or two from her on customer skills. She was warm and welcoming and served a nice Turkish breakfast.

The room was not soundproof and we heard everything like there were no windows or walls, were poorly designed rooms (everything crooked and falling off, water flooding the bathroom while showering), poor breakfast.

If you have guests/visitors they will charge 50TL per person, no matter how long will they stay. Rooms need improvements as there’s dripping on the toilet and not enough hot water (specially during winter).

The personnel was nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good and close to the beach (5mjn walk). Breakfast was served nicely and was delicious. Our room was big, modern and spacious compared to other hotels for this price. Good wifi in the room. The cafe of the hotel downstairs is very convenient. Overall it was a nice stay.

Someone before me has been smoking in the room but the staff and managment went above and beyond to sanitize the room and curtains from any cigarette smell. Very good efforts and service from them! The fridge was making some weird noises :)

First of all the hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are big, clean and modern as well as the bathroom. Bed is comfortable and sleeping is good. Location is 3 minutes walk from the beach, and there is a lot of bars and restaurants around it or in walking distance. Breakfast is included Hotel has a nice tarrace and coffee is good. I tried smoothie which was also delicious. There is a menu with a lot of sweet treats, drinks and some food which I haven't got a chance to try. The fact that the hotel was fully booked speaks for itself and the popularity of it. This property gets very good ratings from me and high recommendations.

I booked the room for three person, I checked in with my friend first, but the other day my friend leaved my room, and my parents came to me - so we should live there (3 person), but the hotel requested to pay extra money for my parents (but the room was for 3 persons and I payed for 3 persons!). I decided just to live the hotel earlier and to find the new one. Please be careful with this hotel.
