United StatesDuring our stay, the kids club was under repair, so it was moved to another room. It would be great if it was open. But still the animation was great and our daughter loved the activities.
Our recent stay at Calista Luxury Resort in Turkey was truly memorable. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and enjoyed the convenience of a complimentary airport pick-up. Throughout our stay, the staff's attention to service made us feel well taken care of. The culinary experience at Calista was exceptional, with a diverse range of delicious dishes to choose from. Whether indulging in Turkish specialties or international favorites, each meal exceeded our expectations. The resort's amenities, including a heated pool and family-friendly spa center, provided relaxation and enjoyment for all ages. Our daughter especially loved the kids club, where she had a great time participating in activities and making new friends. Overall, our time at Calista Luxury Resort was enjoyable and memorable, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for our family.

United KingdomResort is very beautiful and clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely food at the restaurant. Rooms are high standard and has everything you would need. They offered me a free fast track and CIP lounge access at the airport and also late checkout until 3 for free as my flight wasn’t until in the evening. Everything was perfect It was worth the money and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

NetherlandsDinner outside was a bit hampered by flies. Further, the hotel has its processes very well designed and follows them fully. The downside of this, comes when you fall out of the standards. In our case; my daughter got sick and stayed in the room. She wanted to eat some small things, but that was not possible. We could only choose from the roomservice menu. Which didn't have healthy stuff. Getting something from the main restaurant was not possible. Another thing I didn't like / understand: I had to pay extra for a sunbed that belonged to the hotel. No clue why that is, seeing it is an all inclusive, and not a cheap one.
Beautiful room, good selection of food. Most personnel very friendly. The waiter at the swimming pool moving around on skeelers is a fun addition

Super family friendly resort specially for babies. Great attention to details from check in to checkout. You can spend 5 to 7 nights without getting out and you and you’re family wont get bored at all.

Facilities are impeccable, staff very attentive, lots of options for activity. The Calos Spa is outstanding. Would suggest that tip envelopes are provided so that guests who have early check outs can leave a tip for staff who have been exceptional.

United KingdomWe were never really informed about the amount of maintenance that would be going on around the location, we knew a lot of facilities might be shut but not that significant maintenance would be going on especially around the beach area. That wouldn't have changed our decision to stay, just would have set expectations better. Rooms could benefit from King size beds.
Rooms were really nice and clean, The food was really great and a lot of options, the Spa provides an amazing service including a massage by the pool which was device and we got lovely treats for our anniversary and my birthday. Super convenient to get to the golf courses and the Whatsapp service to communicate with the info desk to organise shuttle etc was a excellent and most responsive service
