The most beautiful property, best service, food, facilities, I could go on and on. Everyone there went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The property is in a secluded location but you won’t find yourself wanting to leave. We couldn’t fault it and will definitely be going back!

Costly drinks and food.

What an absolutely stunning location. Gorgeous incoming drive through a pine forest . Beautiful beaches ( multiple!) breathtaking walks and trails.

Very average coffee. Would have expected freshly roasted coffee rather than Nespresso pod machines. The food and drink prices took us by surprise!

The GEMs (guest experience managers, allocated to the guest to assist throughout the stay) were so helpful and sweet. The food and drinks were amazing, so was every detail in the resort, every view from every angle! Even though there were lots of guests it was not at all crowded. Everything we wanted to do we could.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful beaches and great restaurants. The staff is extremely nice and kind. If the reservation didn't overshadow the experience, I would definitely go back. Since all my personal data (name, phone number, e-mail address, booking and payment details) were leaked I'm afraid to make a reservation again.

Beautiful and very large hotel grounds in a quiet location over an hour away from Bodrum. Fantastic fitness and spa facilities, beautiful coves suitable for swimming.

very difficult to get there (dangerous roads) Most places pools and restaurants do not face the sea… their should be infinity pools and not pools surrounded by walls Prices for food are ridiculously high Staff have difficulty with English and are not attentive to the client ( despite you can see there has been training)

pool area leaves a lot to be desired. one night there was very loud music playing in one of the restaurants which didn’t switch off until midnight. we never got a heads up that this would be the case - a note in our room would have been appreciated to explain.

picture perfect beachfront location. 4 restaurants that we tried were really good. staff were amazing, so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, especially Betul, who went above and beyond.

could have more choice at restaurants, menu's felt v similar. and you are quite isolated which is kind of the point of a retreat, but the boat transfer is one a day each way to the busier port area 40mins away. prices the same as south of france or southern italy, premium european destinations

All the prices on menus, spa, water sports etc were in Euros but the bills and invoices were presented on Turkish lira. Very frustrating trying to check the amounts by converting currency. It was also unclear whether all children's food and drink were complementary.

The guest relations were excellent and the variety of beaches and facilities like the gym and spa provided space so it never felt busy even when at capacity.

The restaurants offerings have changed (there was a very good Turkish restaurant that has been removed) and in general the quality is not exactly the same. Also, the prices in the restaurants have gone up since our last visit. That was the only downside of our visit.

The room was amazing. Breakfast was superb. The staff was lovely.
