There was misscommunication by the staff about pick-up time for the shuttle resulting in a lot of stress on the last day. Please just forward e-mail confirmations or print them for your customers to avoid that.

The staff was awesome, so welcoming and helpful. They helped me booked the hot air balloon ride and it was a must-do for sure. The early morning view on the terrace was amazing seeing all the air balloons flying around. I loved my room and enjoyed the breakfast. Only wished I could have spent more time relaxing at the hotel.

The hotel as all the rest hotels are abit specific, so you need to be ready to leave in "a cave". Our room was not a cave in simply words but it was built from cave stones. If you want to see the baloons on the flight you need to wake up near 5:50 AM =) just need to be ready for it

wonderful view, Staff is very friendly and can speak English on really good level. Ready to help on any questions like baloons flight etc . A possibility to stay in the cave - so it's a pros and cons in the same time. Breakfast is good and has wide range of dishes

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Someone on reception 24/7. Perfect location within easy walk of town centre. Great roof terrace with view of the town. Rooms had usb charging sockets and sockets to suit all prong types (very useful for charging phones, using hair straighteners etc.)

Coffee ( not the breakfast, the actual coffee) is an American style coffee pot and I prefer a proper stronger coffee

It's a small hotel but what they lack in size they more than make up for in customer service. They were very accommodating of any request as well as very helpful on sourcing activities when our plans changed and always with the same smile.

The only downside is that the hotel is up on a very steep slope so lots of walking uphill is required, but that’s how it comes with an amazing view! The walk from the main centre is not far - around 10 min

Really appreciate the hospitality at Cappadocia cave lodge! We stayed there 3 nights and we really loved the hotel and the helpful and friendly staff. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness in making our stay here smooth. Small gestures really add to the experience of the stay - providing bottled water to us every day, helping us arrange for the airport shuttle, the balloon ride, tours, taxi, etc. It made our stay a lot less stressful. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The mattresses and pillows are super comfortable - even better than many other big 5 star hotels that I’ve stayed in! Breakfast was very nice with a great variety of hot food, cheeses fruits and drinks. They have a very beautiful terrace that gives a panoramic view over the city too! Big thank you to the team for this wonderful stay!

Everything. It is an amazing hotel! The rooms are big, with all amenities even coffee maker, bath robe, slippers. Great Wi-Fi. The rooftop is perfect, you can see the balloons in the morning, it’s one of the highest in Goreme. The staff is amazing, nice, helpful, perfect. And the breakfast is big and delicious.

I cannot recommend the Cappadocia Cave Lodge enough!! The cave rooms are very cool, the terrace is phenomenal with the best views of Goreme! Also the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is great, a true traditional 💎 in the center of Göreme 🤩 plus, the host was more than friendly- always with good advice, and he also helped us put with the pre-booking process of the hot air balloon 🎈 travel at a discounted price, highly recommended place! Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Everything about this stay was exceptional! Amazing location and the rooftop balcony was perfect for watching the balloons in the morning and looking over the city at night. It’s open 24/7 as well so you can go up anytime you want which was really great! The staff were also absolutely incredible, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so helpful and friendly. The manager was one of the nicest people we have met! He even carried my bag down the stairs after checking out which usually doesn’t happen at hotels - they will always bring your bag up when checking in but never after checking out. But he did both… AND also gave us snacks for our bus ride out of Cappadocia. The breakfast was delicious too, prepared fresh each morning and we had a different selection every day. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in throughout all of Europe. If it were possible to give 11/10 I would!!

Bathrooms need fans as they get quite hot and steamy.

The view was absolutely incredible! Well worth the walk from the main town and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. Room and facilities were all great and the staff went above and beyond. Booked us into all of the tours and even gave us breakfast to take with us for our early flight! Couldn’t have asked for anymore!
