Hotel is centrally located in Goreme, in an area close to some good restaurants. The room was comfortable and the breakfast included was very good. The staff were friendly and helped organize airport shuttles for us.

One of the windows in our room didn’t shut properly, and the drainage in the bathroom did have a bit of a smell.

Loved the terrace with a lovely view of the city below. Perfect spot to have breakfast and sit and relax. Great location to walk to into the city and to be collected for the hot air balloon.

We were a bit disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool as it was drained. It was one of the reasons we chose this place to stay. Everything else was great.

Loved the location and friendly staff! Can see the balloons from the balcony. Cute cats. Breakfast was also really great.

Centrally located, friendly staff and large sized room and bathroom are the main highlights. All the good eateries, taxi and bus stand are a minute’s walk away. But most importantly , very courteous manpower! We made a tour booking but wanted to cancel, they immediately refunded !

The staffs were really friendly and we were allowed to keep our baggage in the reception till midnight because we had a delay on our bus. Breakfast was a solid 10 as well! Close to the bus terminal. I’d highly recommend anybody travelling to cappadocia as it ticks off everything in terms of location, price, cave suite experience and if you’re in need of a place where you’d need to keep your baggage longer even after check out.

Unfortunately, hot water was coming only from the bathtub and not from shower and sink.

Great position and amazing panorama from windows and balconies. The breakfast was excellent!

I didn't have a mirror in the room and I thought it was a bigger one, the wifi didn't work very well! but everything else perfect

The point is the treatment of the people, especially Murat accompanied me to buy pizza because we arrived late from the airport. He also helped us with an excursion and saved the day! Excellent person and treatment of people! Also the other boys, all very polite and friendly!

We booked the Family Room with Garden View. The room comes with one king-size bed, two single beds, and a hot tub. The view from the hotel is exceptional. You can see the valley well and also the fairy chimneys. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Location was very central, walking distance to the bus station.

Breakfast was so yummy, staff speak proper English. We arrange with them balloon flight and airport transfer which were so convenient and reasonable price compare to online. Nice choice for families.
