We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe pool was closed despite the nice weather, but we were there before the season so it was accepted. Breakfast adequate to the price :) but it could be better.
The View was amazing, Staf very friendly and helpful. We were there before the season so the hotel was very quiet what we enjoied the most :)

GermanyWithout a car or a taxi, it's very difficult to get to the location of the stay because it was situated on a steep slope. There was humidity and damp problems in the walls inside the room, which was really ugly to see. The breakfast was average.
The number 1 thing that caught our attention in this stay is the exceptional view!!! It was just marvelous. You could stay at the balcony the whole day and never get enough of the view. The size of the room was good compared to what we expected. It was overall clean and comfy. The fact that it was just 4 minutes walking from the beach is also good.

AustraliaNo public transport into town, only out, meaning a 20-40 minute walk depending on which part of town you wanted to visit. Staff not forthcoming with options of how to get around. No sheet or doona on the bed, just a cotton blanket which wasn’t tucked in. Shower head wasn’t adjustable. No housekeeping second morning.
The view and pool were beautiful, breakfast was fairly good and the staff mostly helpful.

UkraineThe Internet is disgusting, it is impossible to work or watch movies. Water is not brought to the room. The people at the reception are indifferent, except for one guy. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea if you walk down, but there's a long hill up, so if it's hard for you to walk up, keep this in mind. This hotel is for sale and no one cares.
The room with a sea view is very beautiful, take 405, it is ideal. The pool is clean and nice. Breakfast is ok, but for 100 euros per day it could have been. be better. This is where the good ends.

EgyptThe internet in the room is very bad, it keeps disconnecting and whenever it is connected it's very very slow. The water pressure in the toilet is very weak. The location of the hotel is amazing but it is located on top of a steep hill so often times taxis refused to go up that hill.
The view of the room is amazing, staff are super nice, professional and helpful. Quality of the breakfast was amazing despite not having alot of varities. The hotel is minutes walk from the marina so the location is amazing.

CanadaThere is a steep hill to access it. Did not bother us but you really need to be aware. There is no safe luggage storage AND no beach access. They say yes, but it is only a small sand square of public beach between 2 resorts. Not great! Wifi does not work well in the room but on the balcony, yes!
The view and rooms were amazing! Breakfast was really good and even if the staff spoke little English, we had great service.

UkraineBe ready that the hotel is located on the hill. To get to the city center on foot will not take so long but you will need to go down and up like climbers ⛰️😄
The view from the balcony was amazing! Not so many visitors and super calm atmosphere. The stuff was helpful and friendly. Nearby (in 5-10 minutes on foot) there is a cool beach club Elysium. I would definitely come back here!
