Excellent accommodations. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and it was fabulous. From the moment we booked, we had communication with the owner Azat and his staff. I had numerous questions and the responses were all immediate and answered my questions in great detail. The rooms are clean and beautiful, the shower has very strong pressure and the bed is very comfortable. Azat did everything to ensure we were happy and did all our arrangements for airport transfers and tours. The breakfast is a wonderful traditional Turkish spread and both people who took care of us at breakfast were SO nice, helpful and professional. We both highly recommend this cave hotel and we thank Azat and his entire staff for a wonderful experience in gorgeous Cappadocia.

You will need to use the stairs to get to most room. This is a general problem with all the hotels in the area - if you need easy access to room you should ask for it as there is only 1.

The room was really clean and spacious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Stepping outside to the terrace you can watch the balloons go by and it was definitely magical. They serve a large Turkish breakfast spread every morning! If we ever come back we would stay here again.

Great and the most recommendable cave hotel in Göreme area. Amazingly kind and helpful staff, clean room, delicious complimentary breakfast. Everything was perfect. I'm willing to stay again next visit.

The staff were exemplary and couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. Froze our water bottles each night so we could have cold water during the day😃 Julia cooked us an amazing feast every morning, we only needed dinner. The bathroom was modern, clean and all toiletries supplied. We sat on the terraces in the evenings, overlooking the town, which was magical.

Perfect stay. This property is beautiful on the outside with lovely rooms too. There are various view points for the balloons at the hotel providing a breathtaking view, honestly amazing! The staff are very welcoming and helpful, all parts of our trip ran smoothly with the staff arranging all trips / transfers / pickups for us. Breakfast had a nice and varied selection each day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, in the very center of the city. The hotel offers a wonderful view of the city and the hot air balloons. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, bath accessories, bathrobes, towels, slippers. Cosmetics, tea, coffee, drinking water, were updated every day. Cleaning is perfect, every day. Wonderful staff, everyone is always ready to help in any situation. The breakfast is incomparable, which surprised me: it is prepared right in front of you, and very quickly, everything is hot and fresh right away. Very varied and large from seasonal fruits to cakes. It’s impossible to eat everything 😊 Each floor has its own terrace, which offers an incomparable view of the balloons and the city. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel, a wonderful person who treats us not as clients, but as guests! The hotel can also book hot air balloon flights and excursions to suit every taste. Unfortunately, this was not relevant for us, since we were traveling by car, but just for interest, we compared prices at local travel agencies, and the hotel prices were a pleasant surprise. Great location. We can see the hot air balloon from the room's terrace. Variety of breakfast. In walking distance to city center, restaurant, and gift shops. We love the modern facilities inside the bedroom and bathroom. Satisfied!

The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was super with an amazing view of the area. The location is great, we had a car and there was a parking spot for us. The hotel is very close to all major attractions and is in a quiet location. The rooms are amazingly decorated and very spacious. In the end we didn't even want to leave and if we go to Cappadocia again we know where we will stay

In general we had a great stay and I would highly recommend the hotel! Small areas for improvement: a shower head could be bigger to have a better water flow and our jacuzzi was a bit leaking, leaving the floor wet afterwards.

The staff is really friendly, helpful and professional. They were patient with all my questions/ requests and always ready to help/ assist with a smile :) the breakfast was amazing with stunning views of the area. The terrace for balloon watching is also nice. The location is great especially if you come by car and very close to all main sight / main Street.The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious.

I really loved staying at Caverna. The staff was helpful and friendly and even took us to the hammam as we didn't know where it was. The room beautifully decorated with a traditional atmosphere which I really liked. Tours and activities could easily be booked via the hotel which was convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend staying there.

I recently stayed at Caverna Hotel Premium Caves and had a delightful experience. The accommodation was lovely, providing a unique and comfortable stay in their premium caves. The mornings were a treat with a stunning view of hot air balloons. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyment of my stay. The breakfast offered was good, rounding off a satisfying experience at this charming hotel. The coffee shop owned by the family and located nearby was a great stop for coffee and desserts.

This is the best hotel I have stayed during my whole trip in Turkey. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable! All of the facilities are quite new since it’s a new hotel. Location is just perfect, easy to reach the downtown. And the breakfast is just amazing! U can enjoy your breakfast with stunning view, and the hotel also has a great spot to view the hot air balloon in the morning, you just can’t find anything not good here. And the hotel owner Mr Azad is very nice and friendly, which makes you feel like a family, he provided lots of helpful suggestions for our stay and travel, I feel very welcomed and cozy staying here.

I liked absolutely everything.

The hotel was simply perfect. The room was so beatiful and as clean as it gets, the views were amazing (it is located just in the center but being one of the highest hotel, the panorama view is incredible). It is a real cave, so private and calm. Terraces are perfect as well. Breakfast was homemade (literally cooked in front of you), there was plenty of delicious typical food. Loved it as well. I want to do a special mention to the workers and host there, they were extremely helpful with absolutly everything, they arranged tours, ballon flight, transfer and all we needed, with quick and effective attention the whole stay. We are very thankful. We will be back 100% sure to the same hotel.
