We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsI was at the same hotel a month ago in both visits. I found that the hotel has huge problems in their bathrooms ,water leaking , very slow flushing ,stinky smell from sink. in this last visit, I had a water leak in my room. They moved me to another room that I was in a previous visit, and yet the old problems weren't fixed in that room either. also bad Internet connection , WiFi signal is very weak . Although the staff is helpful yet, they need to enhance their English language. fixing little details issues.
to be honest, the breakfast is generous and very high quality food the view over the city from the restaurant is amazing.

Beautiful hotel. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff from reception to bell-boys to cleaners, they all have a smile and greeting though most don't speak English. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. Reception (Ms Cigdem) helped us arrange for tours in Bursa and the Uludag mountains with a good company that really took care of us.

RomaniaMajor problem, most staff are unable to speak English, not even at a very basic conversation level. It is very frustrating in a five star hotel not to be able to have a decent interaction with front desk or restaurant staff because of a language barrier.
Old building but in great shape, this hotel was visited by many local and international politicians, actors, singers. Great views over Bursa, great Spa and everything. It was the second time staying here and definitely not the last.

United StatesThis resort is old, crying for a renovation! The rooms have cracks in the walls, the carpet is dirty. The main waiter in the terrace lounge barely spoke English and Turkish. We had difficulty to communicate even with Google Translate. The breakfast was poorly organized- not much to choose from. Would not recommend to anyone and would never stay there again.
Nothing to like about this resort. Greatly overrated.
