We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast with a slight change each day ie pancakes/omelettes/boiled eggs/menemen. The balcony had a good view of both the mountains and sea. The bathroom was nicely tiled. Cleaning was when requested. The area around the hotel is the best part of Kas with a lovely onsite restaurant and also many other lovely restaurants close by. It is convenient for all the beach clubs.

RomaniaParking was not easy, our host kindly parked our car in an empty lot behind the hotel, but I am not sure if this option is always available.
Small pleasant hotel, very well located, in the most touristic neighborhood. Although crowded with small hotels and restaurants , the place has a really romantic and traditional look, with large trees and flowers everywhere. Our room was small but comfortable, good size bathroom, comfortable bed, wifi, air conditioning, small fridge , small terrace, sea view. Breakfast option. Also a small outdoor restaurant in front of the hotel. Nice friendly helpful staff.

BelgiumWater or juice is not included in the breakfast which is disappointing. We asked for water which they provided but while checking out they handed us the bill. It was unexpected and they should mention this clearly.
The best thing about this hotel is its location. The surrounding view is outstanding. The room is good and extensive enough for a single-family. The service was friendly and the staff was helpful.

RussiaThey charged me more than the booking price (though my price on booking.com was in liras, I live in Turkey, was paying in liras - they explained it by changing euro rate))). The breakfast was very good, but if you come half an hour before it's finished you are not getting all the breakfast - they stop offering eggs. And if you ask for water - it's not free, they charge you later 10times price of the shop.
The room was small, but ok, quiet as we asked, clean enough, with good breakfast. Also vey nice location - close to everything.

GermanyFirst we got the room in the first floor and the big window and the glass door face terrace, where hotel guests can sit. It felt that due to this we are lacking of privacy. The hotel is in the middle of the old town what is nice on one hand but very noisy till late night on the other hand. Unfortunately on the second day of our stay we got a problem with leaking water over a wall. Cleaning lady came twice to wipe the water on the floor. The receptionist, who speaks just Turkish, was difficult to reach. After the cleaning lady told about the leaking water in the room, we were not approached by receptionist. We got at the same time information from the cleaning lady that hotel is full. We thought is ok then till we got another problem with a toilet. It was late in the evening and after we finally reached receptionist, we got immediately new room. It was strange experience and i didn't get the feeling that hotel really interested in the comfort of their guests. Cleanliness was an issue too in both rooms.
Room looks nice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of the old town and there is nice view from the balcony.

The location is at the very heart of Kas restaurants and bars. The room is new and clean with good view of mountains and the sea! The balcony is spacious and had a hanging rack. The breakfast is at the cozy restaurant below the hotel and was very good! A lot choices of cheese and good tea

I reserved the suite room it was big enough for me, clean with big washroom and amazing view, furniture is good as well, As for the location it is good very close to the city center, and the main bus station (Otogar) also walking distance u can catch Dolmuş (mini bus) nearby many restaurants, pubs, cafe, Mehmet and darya were very nice and they celebrated my birthday during my stay i was lucky to have different birthday celebration thank you guys. Wifi working properly.

AustraliaThe customer service was non-existent. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us, we waited for a little while but still no one arrived. We left our bags in front of the reception and drove around to find a car park. When we returned there was still no one at the reception. We were forced to asked someone at the restaurant if they could help us. Someone finally came and barely said a word to us. It was as if we were inconveniencing them for being there as she did not smile and did not greet us with even a "Hello" or "Welcome". The language barrier was not an issue as my wife is Turkish which she knew because she took photos of our passports. I was forced to call the reception from my mobile phone to find out the usual details about the room and hotel that is usually provided at check-in by a staff member. My wife was very disappointed with the service too and when I raised it as an issue with the manager I was met with aggression and excuses as opposed to an apology or a "Welcome". When I told him that we were waiting around for someone to help us, instead of apologizing, he threatened to check the security cameras to see if I was telling the truth about how long I had been waiting. This lack of customer service was a common trend for the entire stay. Breakfast was average and met with the same apathetic staff. If you decide to book here, don't expect smiles or friendly staff to welcome you, offer advice on what to do and see during your stay or even say greet when you go to and from the hotel. It was extremely disappointing and a shame because it is a nice hotel in a good location.
The location was good and the balcony offered a nice view over the town.

The hotel is very central but I didn’t hear noise from the restaurants below. The room had a beautiful bathroom, probably the nicest I have had. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great, typically Turkish, but with a different addition every day (homemade pancakes, cheese omelette etc). We ate in the hotel restaurant twice & the meals were superb. Very pleasant staff. The keycard entry makes it feel very secure.

United StatesI reserved an executive suite. I don’t know where else in the world an executive suite is a basic small and dark hotel room with a small bathroom, but the room was only that, not more. Nothing executive about it even if you were working here there was no desk. It was dated and so small, 20 m sq maximum with sloping ceilings. Love / hate with air conditioner and temperature in the room. The room was either too cold or too hot, with one of those systems that electricity (ie air) only works with the key card when you're in the room. When I was in Kas before in the same season I spent 1/2 that amount for a much nicer room.
The location. Cinar is in the perfect spot in Kas, high on a hill so potential for great views and in the middle of the action, stores, restaurants. Great view from (only) the balcony, not from the room.
