The light in the bathroom was very poor, no light over the mirror. We could not see to do our face.

The breakfast was good and plenty. We would have loved to have filter coffee.

I paid cash for my stay and no matter how many times I asked I never received my change . It’s a principal issue that if a company doesn’t have change they take the short fall - not the customer. Lighting in the room is a little dark.

The room decor is modern and refreshing and a decent size.I have stayed here previously and on my last visit had a better room. All amenities in the room are provide. Room service is available from the restaurant. Arranged taxis as I needed. Local supermarkets and park within walking distance. Good WiFi . Staff speak English.

The standard room is very small if you are a couple and planning on staying more than 2-3 days better to get a bigger size room. The room didn’t have a mini bar.

Location was a bit creepy. There was an condemned building across the street and late at night you can hear people fighting and arguing. Might have been a bad area not hotels fault.

Our shower drain was slow and the room a bit cramped--a little more shelf space in the bathroom/main room would be good.

Desk/parking staff were friendly and helpful, including laundry service. The cleaning staff was understanding when we needed the room during a cleaning time, and did a good job cleaning. The TV worked well and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of foods and drink, although coffee had to be bought at their coffee shop, which also serves as the breakfast room. The coffee shop was a nice, quiet place out hang out any time of day.

you feel that it needs a bit of maintenance and more in regard of the cleaning. staff needs to work more on their English as its a hotel and they should receive people from allover the world.

the breakfast was really good and has a good variety. location of the hotel is great with a lot of things to do around. the cleanliness of the hotel in general wasn't the best, would have expected more from the pics I saw on booking. the reception staff some of them don't speak English, but they were really nice.

The room is too dark - to my taste. It was on the main street side so it was rather noisy. I did not care too much, so I did not ask for a change, but the room was not ‘non-smoking’ and as a non-smoker I felt it on the second day by the smell of smoke even on my clothes.

Location was great and the cafe/restaurant attached adds to the ambiance. Staff were very helpful and polite. Bed linen and towels were all impeccable.

Near the main road so the noise of passing cars is constantly there. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Would have preferred a shower head instead of a rain shower.

The bathroom drain was not working well enough and the floor got easily filled with water. Too big pillows. They are not good for sleeping. There was no fridge in the standard double room and no desk (visible in 1 picture but not true)

Thr location is excellent. The breakfast was various and delicious. Coffee was nescaffee, no turkish coffee or espresso. Free parking near by. It was easy to find place. Good wifi. Big comfy bed.

the hotel is located almost in the center of the city, near a park and a street with many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a wonderful cafe, the staff is polite and very attentive to the guests. Special thanks to Mustafa for help and organization of our leisure time.

I was quoted in euros when I got to the hotel they charged me Turkish lira which equated to about £7 more. tried to speak to receptionist (a different one from the one that checked me in) He just couldn’t see the problem
