The times of food being served breakfast was far too early / only giving us 1 pillow each & they were thinner than A4 paper / never changed our bedding in 5 days just tidied / tiny balcony / and some foods were unseasoned lacking flavour.

I loved the grounds, pools / slides / play park for kids / play area for kids/ giant chess set & the food was not too bad and they upgraded my room for free. Was lovely

Not all kids services was active, even the ping pong table was not working. Also I did not like that our second room which was connect to first room as family suite was without conditioner and the weather in August was very hot.

The Turkish animator Haribu was the best service we got in this hotel.

the hotel has problems with hot water, do not be afraid to contact the reception, there are helpful staff and will try to help. My problem was solved and I always had warm water in my room.

Good hotel with a convenient location. despite the small rooms, the space is very well thought out, renovated. Breakfast starts at 7.30 and guests are woken up by pleasant soft music. at 23.00 the programs and music end, it becomes quiet. Many thanks to the restaurant team, chefs, waiters and cleaners, food is always fresh, very clean, huge selection. There are various meat dishes, vegetable, fresh vegetables and fruits, wonderful desserts.

The staffs was'nt friendly and room clean up was awful... they didn't wash or change the glasses and cups and didnt change some of textiles 🤨

Music not turned down during local Azaan times, being a Muslim country I would have expected that. Slide times should be longer. Half an hour 3 times a day not enough for excited children and adults.

- Food was good, but it was similar all the time. So more variation maybe needed. But there was always something to eat. - Beach nearby was not that good, because of small stones there. - Many people waited Water Slides and they were open only half an hour three times a day. Maybe longer opening times?

- All Inclusive was good organized. All the time there was something to eat. - There was big Shopping Center nearby and also other Shops. - We made some mistake with Reservation of room and they gave us better room. Thanks for that. - Reception was very busy all the time, but very service oriented. We got help all the time we need.

the food, all inclusive options were limited. my kids prefer fries. at the times I requested them. although they could be seen on the menu. I was notified of the entertainment for the evening and always missed it. no room service. not everyone speaks English which is surprising considering how many English people stay in Alanya.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Our windows are overlooking a noisy street, so we had to always tightly close them in all rooms to have rest. That means we had to use air conditioner all the time. Unfortunately it was only in one room out of 2. So it was necessary to keep doors open between these two rooms all the time, all of these is not very convenient. WiFi speed and coverage is not quite good. In some areas it is not working at all, at some times it's impossible to work. Coffee machine is tailored to make hundreds of cups of below average quality coffee; we certainly would prefer to have 1-2 cups of good coffee a day instead of this.

This property has everything you need for a good holiday. Good and interesting design of all the areas of the hotel. By the way the variety of included drinks is not too big (one sort of beer, 3 sorts of local vine and refreshments). On selected dates there was a live music entertainment which was pretty lovely. Hotel managers was very helpful and helped us to organize shuttle transfers from/to the airport.

Everything in the hotel was new and fresh, everything looked renovated and was very clean. Hotel service and service standart was really good. Food options were many and delicious. Room from pool side and clean :) nice hotel.

All was very expressive. First this is the location.its exactly the heart of the city. Near the mall. And many network outlets. The hotel team was very pleasant and spoke good English.the food was various, tasty was delicious,ice cream and pizza Turkish., To kids it was pleasare.

As we checked in and found that it isn't 4 star hotel from any angle, the manager moved us to his other building on the next road which was very close to the beach and the name was BIG BLUE SKY. it was our last 3 nights in Alanya and our wrong choice of booking ruined our trip. The bathroom was horribly small and the room's every bit was full of mosquitoes which destroyed our skin, from face till foot toes we all are covered with red bumps. Our children were crying and scratching their arms and faces. They gave us dirty blankets full of stains and dirt. This hotel isn't suitable for the decent families, it's not for people coming from the UK especially the families with the children should avoid it. Wifi was very slow. They don't put disposable glasses next to the water and juice( syrup diluted drink) dispenser, we found the glasses were dirty so my children had to bring their own water bottles to refill because no one would like to drink water in the dirty glass. The room and the rest of the area filled with creepy pictures. Breakfast was like there was nothing to eat. One man from their staff at the restaurant misbehaved with me and he threw my food on the other table and ordered me to leave this table for the other two ladies because they want to sit infront of the beach side, never faced such type of rude behaviour. I refused to leave my table and told him to bring back my plate but I couldn't eat afterwards, I told him that I will complain to the management about his behaviour but I don't want to make someone jobless so I didn't complain but that last dinner destroyed our whole trip, extremely regretting to stay there, definitely never coming back to that Land of the mosquitoes!!

Room service wasn't good. Housekeeping is bad. Towels and bed sheets are not clean. The lift was so small and always busy with no fans working or air condition inside. Staff doesn't speak English. The lobby is not air conditioned. You can literally melt in your clothes if you stay at the lobby for five minutes or even less.

The location was great and near to everything we needed. Food was good. Staff were friendly.
