That it resemble more to an old fashion boarding school or some baroque barracks. The dining room was crammed with long rows of tables, barely any space left to pass between them. The outside area was also stuffed with small tiny, gritty, kinky facilities. There are many but one on top of each other. Food quality supports the theory that the premises are a boarding school as much by its quality than buy its consistency: never changes Beds have good mattresses but just one sheet covering it, no duvet, no upper sheet. Just a piece of cotton cloth which doesn’t cover from toes to shoulders (I’m 173 cm) Service is almost nonexistent being an enormous self service, and just a self service. The few interactions with the staff had been brisk and in silence (Would have I got it wrong and it’s not a boarding school but a monastery). The only spoken one was when I was made to change rooms at 01:00 after being wrongly allocated in a kind of rabbit cage at arrival. Room service by appointment through reception only. I ordered a beer, a Tuborg, I guess they brought it from Denmark since it took about 45. In to arrive Maid service: just stretching and folding the cotton cloth which is placed on THE sheet. That’s it. Occasionally a bath towel disappeared without being replaced. But this experience has shone new light on my life pushing me towards a new mystery: who has rate these premises five stars?

NO WIFI in the rooms, only certain areas like the lobby had wifi but even then it was working on and off. Customer service wasn’t great, 50% of people were nice and helpful but the other 50% were rude and dismissive. Rooms are small and not that clean, especially the pink and green rooms. A la carte menu at Mexican was not nice at all, the tacos were very stale. Wouldn’t really recommend this place. The only nice thing about this hotel is the interior designs and that is ALL.

Second time staying here. Yet again could not fault hotel. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Only a short stay this time on way to airport, wish I could of stayed longer. Location perfect for me.

As it was early in the season there was very little open on the complex which restricted the eating options. Also the location is slightly out of the main drag with nothing much around but there was a taxi office opposite the hotel so you take a taxi where ever you fancied going

The room was spacious and spotless. The mini bar in the room was a nice touch and was replenished daily. Food was of a very high standard and the waitresses were very attentive. Special mention to Asli and Aysen who were fantastic. The pool areas and indoor pool and spa area were nice too. Very clean with staff who really looked after you. We especially liked the Alacarte restaurant and managed to get two evenings there over our stay. Lovely food and live music from a fantastic violinist. Lobby bar was nice and,again, the staff made sure you were happy and never had an empty glass. All in all we had an amazing holiday and would recommend this hotel

There are many unnecessary rules in the hotel. The hotel is for tourists on tour who don't need high-quality services. The staff prefer to speak Russian. The laundry service is so poor. I can't describe that. They brought not dried and not ironed clothes.

The hotel is located in a quiet place next to the beach. The food is good in the main restaurant.

Bedbugs are in every room and matraces! the pillows are terrible to sleep full of bedbugs! the customer service for individual travelers does not exist, the hotel manages the big low-paid groups of tourists from suburbs of russia. this is the worst ever choice i have made at Booking.com.

most of all i like presentation of the hotel at Booking.com. there are nice cabanas to rent at the beach area, good coffee spot and Champaign bar.

The area of the sea is very limited and very inaccessible. the service of staff is very low, they are not at all service oriented. all inclusive but food not vey high quality, and it's over priced. i will not recommend.
