Sometimes it didn't smell very good from the bathroom. At the end of the transfer to the airport, an additional 200 liras were required.

A good location, a couple of minutes walk from the main tourist street Istiklal. The room is clean and warm. Comfortable beds. There was no prayer at 4 or 5 in the morning. A good regular breakfast. They cleaned the room every day. Free tea and coffee. The wonderful person at the reception is Ismail.

I stayed in this hotel for four days, I had a great time. Very clean and the location is excellent, close to the metro stop and close to the main street. Very friendly staff, Onder, Esmail and Mehment were always very helpful. I also used the shuttle service from the airport. All perfect. I recommend it for your stay in Istanbul.

The room on the 1st floor was noisy (the one on the 4th was ok). We only stayed there for 2 nights -- during the weekend (Friday-Sunday), so I don't know how it is during the week. At least the loud music was turned off around midnight, so it was not a problem for us.

Great location (near a subway station and lots of bars and restaurants), very nice staff, clean and large room, and good breakfast.

Near from attractions and transportation. Just few steps to istiklal st and metro station. 5min walking to Galata Tower. Breakfast was standard everyday but nice. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Staff (ONDER and ISMAIL) were very helpful and always available and gave many valuable recommendations even before arriving Istanbul. I stayed in room 305 from 22 to 29 September 2023 I will stay there again

Awful breakfast, no coffee served, terrible chemical and cheapest bread, little hot food selection. Extremely noisy street - you won't sleep until 3am. Closing windows won't help.

Very good hotel in the very center, close to the metro, Galata Tower and Istiklal Street. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly We had an emergency check-in in the middle of the night and we were placed in a better room than expected

The breakfast wasn't appropriate it was very limited and mainly desert was ready made biscuits from market.

The location is excellent, it is near to metro, tram and bus stations .. Also, near many visiting locations. The room was spacious and well furnished. Also the bathroom and shower were clean and well maintained. The receptionist Mr. Onder was very helpful before and during our stay.

Everything was perfect. Location, lively area with a lot of bars and restaurants, supermarket and metro station just around the corner...Close to all attractions. Rooms, spacious with comfortable bed, no noise from streets or other rooms. Clean. Breakfast with many choices. Staff always smiling and helpful, and a special thanks to Onder who helped us with everything we needed, before and during our stay.

Tiny elevator Non-smoking rooms which are basically smoking rooms and the hotel doesn't seem to do anything about it. You pay for a non-smoking room and end up in a stinky room. Breakfast needs to improve. The options available were very unappealing.

Everything was great. However, I do have two pieces of feedback: 1-mattress is old and hard 2- breakfast can have more variety.

I loved the location. The staff was very nice, especially Onder. He went above and beyond with his amazing service. From the start to the end, he was very nice and helped us with eveyrhing. Penthouse was spacious and had a nice balcony.
