How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel had just been renovated and just needed some finishing touches. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect.

Booked 5 rooms and one of them had no access to fresh air. Make sure you dont get it on your stay. The location is great but the hotel is on a main street an you cant literally open room windows. Parking at the property is big challenge. Stuff speak no other languages but their own.
The hotel has a great location. The rooms are clean and place in general well maintained. Friendly staff. Good for the price.

Nothing, all is always great!
This is my favourite place to stay in Edirne! Staff is beyond amazing, always super nice and polite, making sure your stay is as nice as possible. Location is great, just at the Main Street. Clean, lovely rooms, breakfast is a delicious!

Unlocking the door is little bit tricky because you have to turn it very hard at the end. But the staff is very kind and helpful about this as well.
Staff were super kind! Located very close to each famous must visit spots in Ederne.

Why for the 2 nd time in this hotel?? . Because its very nice and u have all u need !. Big room, very confortable bed jarge bathroom. Good breakfast . With fruits, pancakes.... tea and coffe. Wery good location, clean rooms, nice food and very kindly staff, full assistant to my mother, comfortable free hotels parking, very close to main street. I recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to enjoy and to be safty👍

There are no electric sockets next to the desk, so if you want to do something on your laptop, you have to do it on the bed. Also, not much Englih is spoken.
The location is spot on, on the main street but just opposite the Old Town, and several hundred meters from the Selimiye Mosque. The breakfast was rich (after all, it is Turkey), the room was clean and there is a large parking in the back.

The staff try to be very helpfull, but they have a problem understanding foreign languages. I tried to talk with the lady at the reception in english, french.........obviously romanian there was no point in trying.... :))) but with all that, she tries to be as kind as possible.
Great location, near city center. Everything in minutes of walking. Safe free parking.

Absolutely fine, no complaints about this place at all and would happily stop here again. We did have a king suite, so you need to confirm these are all at the front if you want a street view. Be prepared for lots of car horns (all the time), but this adds to the chaotic feeling of the location, and the call to pray can set the stray dogs barking! There is car parking to the rear and side and a tunnel market opposite.

Newly refurbished hotel, but I could see lack of attention to detail in some areas. Overall good value for money!

There is 3 floos with no elevator which might be problem for older guests , although the reception thankfully offers us first floor room .
