We had the room right on the last floor, right next to the elevator. Every time somebody uses it you can hear a very clear click clack noise in the room. We managed to get few hours of sleep because of this so we felt tired the next day.

The location was good, the receptionist very polite and professional. The room was very clean and warm, the mattress was confy. We had parking space right in front of hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can eat which isn't noisy at night. Water, tea, coffee, slippers, clean towels.

Towel rails would be good in the bathroom and a bin in the room. unfortunately there is no lamp by the bed, that would be advantageous

The only thing I did no like was the noisy location. I got room facing the street and slept with my earphones on.

Overall was very good. The receptionists were polite and professional. The facilities were nice and clean.. The breakfast at the cafe was extraordinary.

A part from the elevator has been installed on our floor. Terrible noise every time it is being used.

Breakfast is fixed, basically one boiled egg, some vegetables, few olives, cheese and salami, one burek and chips, plus tea. Coffee is charged and only available as Turkish, the espresso machine was broke. The breakfast room was dirty, dust and/or food on tables from previous customers.

Convenient to access it, do have parking slots in the vicinity. Room was clean and staff very friendly

Terribly noisy - the music from the hotel restaurant is so loud that it's hard to sleep. There was some mold and dirt in the bathroom

The staff is kind and welcoming. The food is delicious, the price of the hotel is reasonable

Every evening until 24.00h. there was a music coming from the restaurant below. I was told, that the breakfast costs 4 Euro, but finally it was 5 Euro and for this amount of money the food was poor and not enough.

I had 2 rooms for one adult plus one child - a family of 4 Even if I requested a non smoker room I received one which was smoke smelling, I went imediately to reception but they told me that that they are fully booked except 2 suites which they didn”t offer to replace the smoking room We had also breakfast included because the next day we had to leave very early but at 08.00 when we went as per instructions from reception we had to tell them again to serve it, only at 08.30 they start to bring the food No coffee or water was included in breakfast which is something I didn’ t encountered before

I liked the location, very close to city center, close to some nice restaurants and close to border because for us this was a transit hotel

There were no bedside lamps, you had to turn off the light from afar and then go to bed in the dark. At breakfast, which was included, you have to pay for the coffee yourself, or drink tea. For a 4 star hotel, not acceptable, also I was in a room that was not the one I book, its say 22m², but there were at most 12m².

Even we paid extra for breakfast, they asked money for the coffee in addition. Cutlery was dirty!!! Breakfast had very small portions, definitely not worth the money.
