This is such an amazing hotel. The staff is exceptional and helped us organising so many tours, taxis, etc. We are extremely happy that we stayed here!

The bespoke service from the hotel owner and staff are unbeatable. The owner really took time to give us the best recommendations and personally called tour companies to give us the best deals and options for tours especially for the hot air balloon. The overall value for money is awesome. Our experience in Cappadocia has been really great thanks to this simple decision to stay at canyon cave hotel.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The rooms were stunning, and the owner and his family were kind, helpful and engaging. They couldn't do enough to help us organise a fantastic trip in Cappadocia, recommending us adventures, restaurants and trips. They sat with us and explained the history of the region, and were simply wonderful hosts. The cave rooms are beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and had an excellent jacuzzi bath. The beds were comfy and large, whilst the courtyard in the hotel was a wonderful place to sit and read. Breakfast was a feast of turkish breakfast staples, and eggs made freshly to order every day.

Breakfast buffet was good, with every morning new choices (pancakes, menenem, omelets) but maybe fresh juice or a cappuchino instead of Nescafe would have been nice. To be honest we were spoiled so much at our hotel in Kas, that nothing can top that breakfast experience, so we cannot say too much for the Canyon Cave hotel. So for sure a good experience and only a few minor suggestions :).

A beautiful small boutique hotel, with great views from the terrace. A great choice for our family of 4. We loved that we could walk down to the town of Urgup in just a few minutes. The restaurant we recommend (based on the recommendation of the owner of the hotel) was "Sofra" restaurant, Turkish home cooking options for reasonable prices. Perfect host/owner, who showed genuine interest in the guests. ps tip: think of renting a car for your stay those few days, you need to be mobile in this area. We rent it from Kayseri airport and saved a lot of money on guided tours etc. Also buy the 3 day museum pass for 400 TL per person, with this pass you can enter all museums in the Capadochia region. If you'd like to book a balloon trip: ask around for prices, we managed to get one for 150 EUR pp, yes expensive but once in a life time experience.

Grateful for Murat’s (the owner) help and service during our stay. We are thankful to choose the perfect hotel to stay in as Murat gives a comprehensive view and guide in touring around Cappadocia The hotel is situated in a higher ground which gives a better view over the ügrüp town. Best place to have our breakfast and start our day. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast preparation are superb. Highly recommend this hotel as I believe the hotel are perfect in every way. From location, cleanliness, guide information for touring around Cappadocia, pricing and many more! Definitely a 10! exceed my expectation abundantly.

It was perfect stay. We spent 3 nights here, and these were the best nights during our trip ( total 24 nights ) in Turkey. Host Murat works great. Food, beds, facililities without any lacks. The service was excellent.

This boutique hotel is just amazing! The hospitality of the owner is remarkable and it makes you feel at home. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and spending time outside is a pleasure. Rooms are very interesting in design, very cozy with relaxing interior. Cleanliness of the place is over the top. Overall experience- awesome place with an awesome host.

We had the room with the swimming pool - it is lovely and we enjoyed the pool, but initially the temperature was cold (this was then fixed) - the main issue was the humidity in the room caused by the pool. It was bad and the dehumidifier didn’t really help. We kept the windows open a lot. If the hotel can work out how to fix that then it’ll be 10/10 :)

The hospitality of Mr. Murat, his daily new breakfast add-ons and the coffee served were great. He was kind, helpful and earful to his guests. Also our time of stay at Canyon cave was comfortable and pleasant. You would never be disappointed with the roof top view of the urgup from the hotel's restaurant. The room was good for 2 people and the bathroom quite spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to other travelers.
