South AfricaThe breakfast buffet is quite a lwt down for a 5 star hotel. Not much range or variety and for 400 lira it is quite pricey.
Literally loved almost everything. One of the very best places I have stayed at. Extremely clean, the most comfortable bed. Attention to detail was impeccable. Very helpful and kind staff. Location is good. Close to most everything. Loved the spa, indoor swimming pool and sauna.

IsraelForeigners beware: the staff does not know English (they make an effort, but anything involving more than yes/no response will be met with a defeated look), and are not coordinated with each other. I tried to communicate with different members of the staff on different occasions, each time it took effort and repetition to convey my message. In one occasion, a senior member of the staff registered me to a hot-air-balloon (with substantial cost), while ensuring me that I will be joining the rest of my group. In effect, I was attached to a different group (this confusion almost cost me the trip), with any attempt to resolve this issue with another staff member only resulted with repeated "I don't know" responses. I tried to resolve the issue with the original staff member after, but he just shrugged me away. The breakfast might seem luxurious, but in fact is very limited and repetitive after a couple of days - the chef does not seem interested in changing any dish on the menu, which mostly is comprised of canned products, pastry and eggs (done is only one way).
This place isn't necessarily bad, but for the rank it has and the facilities it boasts, it falls short where it matters: in the quality of service. The hotel is located right next to a large shopping mall, that has a food court with local cuisine and many shops. The hotel also has a spa floor, with indoor pool, a gym, wet and dry sauna and a hammam! The facility is clean and the room had a nice view of the plains.

United KingdomThey had issues with the card machines at both the Starbucks and the restaurant but not at reception. Staff kept saying it's the machines' fault, but it was obvious they didn't know how to use it but the staff at the reception knew how to operate them. They need more training. I reported this to the reception.
Decent, clean and comfortable rooms with great facilities (pool, gym, sauna etc). Friendly staff with great service. Good price for the location. Good wifi signal.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were always attentive to our needs during our stay. The spa was bliss to end the long hikes in nature. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and waiters always asked if we needed something else. We ended our breakfast with a Turkish coffee, which is a good way to start a day. If you are not into cave hotels and authenticity, this place is close to the main tourist attractions in Cappadocia, which you can use as a hub while traveling. Greetings to the Ozans!

Germany- DO NOT GO TO THE RESTAURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR! the prices are expensive compared to local restaurants (and that was well expected. no surprise here). but the food is really bad. we regretted going there and drove somewhere else after dinner to have second, proper dinner. They serve you lavash from the supermarket and cold bread and call it fine dining. I had the "nevsehir plate" and the meat was really tough in a country where they actually know how to prepare meat properly. Seriously, how is it even possible for a meat to be that tough after being prepared in a clay pot? Besides everything was missing spices. The waiter was really friendly though! - We booked a double room with a king size bed but got a twin bed room instead. They offered to change the room on the second day but we had allready put our stuff into the wardrobe and our schedule was so packed with sightseeing tours during the day, that we didn't have the time or the strength to change the room. - The breakfast was really boring. They just filled the food from containers to plates and served it. It was O.K. but by far not a 5 star quality breakfast. we stayed there for 4 days and only ate breakfast once although we had payed for it. We went to other restaurants and cafes instead for the rest of the 3 days. -the light switched in room had a 50% chance of working. we had to press the buttons several times to turn the lights on/off. The USB charging outlets did not work

I don't mind following rules and i did. But for the record: my body has more hair than my head. +Free parking +safe in rooms are big enough for small notebooks and pads

United States- Paid €140 to hotel for reservations/tastings at two wineries that, unfortunately, did not work out due to a lack of communication between hotel, booking company, and wineries. Fortunately, was refunded the money. - Reception staff said breakfast was included. At breakfast staff said it was not included so concerningly had to pay. - A/C did not work in room. - Wifi requires your passport number.
