A lot of stray cats around, which tried to come into our room which was annoying on a daily basis

Although the beds were spotlessly clean I would prefer to have a sheet than a blanket to cover over us at night.

Great location, lovely hotel with everything we needed to make our holiday perfect. Very attentive staff and management that will accommodate with your every need, nothing was ever too much trouble. Great breakfast choices. Evening meal was really nice. Very relaxed pool areas with plenty of pool beds. Very spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms with powerful shower. Rooms cleaned everyday by the lovely lady’s.

We had bathroom towels & pool towels, but when they were replaced the colours were all different so bit confusing (small thing). No liquud soap in the dispenser in shower

Buffet breakfast (plus eggs cooked to order), two big swimming pools with plenty sun loungers. Short walk to river and town. Quiet location. Very impressed with the plated-up meals that were offered to us on first night, when we arrived around 10pm - nice touch & much appreciated

Cigarette ash from balcony landed on our table. They must have been leaning over their balcony and flicking ash. Stayed in annex across the road from hotel and got bitten when sun beds were in the grass.

Lots of choice at breakfast, especially liked that eggs, omelettes and pancakes were cooked to order. Bar food very good value, large portions.

Great, friendly hotel, with helpful welcoming staff. Comfortable beds and modern shower/bathroom (deluxe room). A good selection at breakfast and well prepared lunches at the pool bar. Ideal location ( just a 5min walk to town which has many bars and restaurants) .

the staff are by far the best I’ve seen in a long time, they would assist us with our baby in any given way possible making him porridge in the morning and a warm bottle of milk in the evening all whilst being friendly homely and made me feel like I was staying with family

There were no kettle, no cups, no glasses (were provided). We wanted to drink wine in the room and I was told that glasses are usually provided only if you buy wine in the hotel. We were provided with glasses, but abovementiond comment made me feel uncomfortable. Fresh orange juice is for extra money (though rather cheap, 30 TL)

The room was clean, personnel was kind, we were recommended a great boat trip.

lovely facilities- choice of 2 pools- rooms very comfortable. food was delicious and served with great pride by the Chef Ecevit- located 5 minutes walk from Main Street so away from noise but near enough to walk. Everything was excellent expect from the absence of proper blackout curtains in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The room was smelling nice and clean after the daily housekeeping. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The service during the breakfast in the morning was very efficient. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool and the garden were very pleasant. The hotel is in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the centre. Very good value for the money.

Everything was perfect

This hotel is outstanding in every way. It is extremely well managed with excellent staff. The whole place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A varied and delicious breakfast is included in the room rate. It is in an ideal location, very close to all the resort amenities yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Lovely, relaxing pool areas. Do not hesitate to book a stay here. You will not be disappointed.

loved the quietness and peace. Lovely family run hotel. all of the staff were amazing and will go above and beyond to help you. Food was really good value. fantastic breakfast choice. you could book your evening meal each day, menue was put on board in morning. 200 lira for 3 courses. good value. Rooms are lovely with modern showers. will be staying here again very soon.

The deluxe room was very comfortable, spacious and extremely clean with plenty of wardrobe space and a huge shower room .These rooms were in a separate block from the main hotel and had their own peaceful pool area. The breakfasts were great with lovely fresh fruits as well as the usual Turkish fayre and the evening dinner buffets were delicious and excellent value. The charming and attentive owner Basar and his hard-working friendly staff kept everything running smoothly.

The owner Basar and every single one of his staff were fantastic. Friendly and very helpful, We had my severely sighted mother in law with us and everything was done to make her stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The delux rooms that we stayed in were nice, spacious and had a good sized terrace outside. The rooms also had maid service every day.. The pool area is very good, clean and sunbeds always available, even though its moving into the busiest time of the season. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options available. The pool bar in the evening is also a nice place to relax. My wife loved the pomegranate daiquiris 🍹 Nice quiet location just a few minutes walk into town. We had a great stay at the Basar Hotel. Its the 2nd time we've stayed after it was recommended to us by my daughter. Would we stay again? Definitely.

First floor room. Spiral staircase not good. If you do not like friendly cats and dogs hovering at break, not good but it did not bothervus
