During our stay there were ants in the room every day. When we never left anything sticky.

The place was very clean. Cleaners came daily ad stocked everything. The spa was so soothing and the staff made sure we were very comfortable.

The hotel is well located and you can visit the Blue Mosque , Saint Sophia , Topkapı Palace and the Bazaar on foot.

Rooms are very small, very small closet, toilet doesn’t have washing water system to clean privet area after passing stool and urine( washing hose ) , it has only tissue for cleaning.

Good locations for people who like shopping, good breakfast and free cake and coffee on the afternoon. Staff speak English good enough.

No choice at dinner. Usually it was good fresh food, but pizza really doesn't fit to the atmosphere of the place

Excellent location, close to the metro, tram T1 few stops from the noisy city center. Clean. Room and building.designed with good taste. Quite good sort of food at breakfast. Usually dinner was okay, starter, soup, main meal and dessert.

They show they have a swimming pool but don’t tell us we have to book it and pay 20 euros per session which I think was a scam and the breakfast wasn’t great it was 3/10

I thought the SPA facilities were free to use when you have a room. This isn't the case, it costs €20 / hour. Spiteful because it wasn't very obvious when booking the hotel. But it didn't ruin the stay. People are complaining about spots in the room. There are a very few spots on the curtains and floor mats but for us it didn't gave the feeling that it was dirty because of it. Daily cleaning team definitely did their job well. The batroom door opens uncomfortably but this is not very important. I still very recommend the hotel.

Some of the bathroom fixtures are a bit old and could greatly benefit from repair or modernization.

Having to pay to access spa. There were no hooks or rails in the bathroom for towels or in the room for coats. The breakfast was not fantastic and they ran out of glasses and bowls
