Only 4 or 5 rooms could use the Spa each day (first come first served by booking on the previous day). The pool was at room temperature and not very clean. The steam room run out of steam during a session.

Good location, a clean hotel with helpful staff. It is just a 25min walk from Hagia Sofia/Blue Mosque or the ferries. Breakfast was good and there are good restaurants at a reasonable price around the area. The room was well equipped and comfortable - although be warned that rooms facing the inner courtyard receive very little light.

The noise from the adjoining neighbours doors slamming and the loud voices. Also, someone was smoking in the hall, or their room one night, & it was wafting through my door..I had to use a towel to lay on the bottom of the door.

The bed was super comfortable and even though the room faced a street, it was still very quiet. Hearing the adjoining rooms opening and closing was louder than the street noise. The included breakfast had a nice variety each day and the staff was friendly. Showers are powerful and lovely! temperature is quick, so there is no standing with your hand under cold water for 5 minutes, waiting for warm water :) Reception was friendly and helpful for my entire stay. Also, there is a lovely spa area in which you can have a steam, hammam, dry sauna or pool.

Breakfast is rubbish not worth attending you are definitely worth going elsewhere. We stayed in a 3 person suite and everyday they constantly forgot to provide either 3 towels or 3 coffee facilitates so constantly having to ask reception for these. The pool could be better they don’t have showers which is bizarre and also when we asked for towels they gave us throws to dry our selves,

Fairly central location but very close to metro which is ideal and slightly longer walk to some main attractions. Room was kept clean and done daily. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We did have a few small issues with the room such as some leaking from the sink and one occasion where the phone didn’t work but these were promptly resolved.

Location was ideal for access to landmarks in the old city (Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc.) with good tube links nearby and plenty of places to eat. The room was comfortable and spacious and was cleaned daily. Having breakfast included in the price was very convenient and the spa and pool were excellent as well.

Some of the employees at the reception need to improve their skills in dealing with customers. Very unorganized breakfast service. Food may finish with no refilling, no respect to the announced breakfast timing (breakfast starts at 7 but at 7:30 they were still preparing it, broken coffee machine and water dispenser, etc)

For the first two days the Sauna wasn’t working, and we have been told that the sauna before we came was out of order for 10 days. The water in the small swimming pool was salty and cold. Was under the impression the spa will be larger. The telephone in the room wasn’t working perfectly when call the reception or calling from room to room. Also I didn’t like the fact that when you call your room from outside the hotel, you have to pay for it. Drainage in one of the showers wasn’t the best. When the receptionist recommended an airport taxi, he assured us that it will be much cheaper than regular yellow istanbul taxi cars. This was totally not the case and the ride ended up being 230 liras more expensive than regular taxi cabs.

Room soundproofing could be improved. inside the rooms there are carpets/moquette that could be removed and replaced with parquet/Grès in order to improve the hygiene level. MiniBar inside the room is empty.

Good position inside the Fatih Area. The room is nice and also the bathroom. Breakfast is good with multiple choices of Turkish dishes. The staff is kind.

Lack of window’s noise isolation. Like other reviews were mantioned - swimming pool were closed sone day during our stay. Fortunatelly we managed to swim on our first night :) Suggestion to the hotel stuff - just put swimming pool maintanance schedule for visitor’s information
