Chilled vibe, friendly staff, clean hostel, the dorms were comfortable with each bed having curtains you felt like you had you're own space. Lockers in the room. Shared kitchen had all you need to cook your own meals. No extra unmentioned costs like in other hostels. Great location while I dealt with my Indian visa. Printing shop right near as well as 2 supermarkets a minute away. Also I am English not Nepali 😆

My room was on the 0 floor, so it was quite chilly. In those days when I lived, they warmed up only closer to the night. Overall pretty cool in the kitchen and bathroom.

This is a good enough hostel. The location is great, the city center and there is a metro station nearby. There is a wonderful kitchen that has everything you need. The bathroom and toilet on the 0 floor are comfortable enough, it's not scary to go in :) If I am not mistaken, there is a regular cleaning of public places.

Very good location - 2 minutes to metro station (you may pay credit card) - may get from otogar and return there. Reception works for whole day - personal in details explain how to move in the city. Curtain abroad bed is very saving in summer morning. Near hostel there are many shops and cafe. Balcony into the room. No problems with socket and Wi-fi. No noisy.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's very central to all the major attractions of Ankara and has lots nice restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk

If you have the option , don’t choose the upper beds , going up and down from them is a bit challenging .

I guess hot water doesn’t start automatically in the mornings. Before you take a shower, just check it. If it doesn’t work just let stuff know it. They will open it.

It has a literally hostel culture and soul. It is close to main street and subway. The most I like is balcony and its district. Neighborhood is quiet and has a small, friendly cafes. And also hostel are cleaned every morning. Staff are young and helpful. And third floor is the best place to stay.

Dirty bed sheets. Not sure if the room was cleaned at all. Got new ones after letting the reception know. They were cooperative but it did not appear as a special case or something to apologise for. The kitchen lacks a lot of stuff, like large cups. People are noisy at night and slam doors. In general the place lacks empathy.

Outdoor area to sit and chill. Laundry service is also good and very affordable. It's goos to have an ensuite bathroom for the double bed room.

Everything was perfect! I'm just confusing how come such a amazing place can be lower score. It's really unbelievable... Very nice decorated dining area, huge gardens, hotel standard bathrooms, very kind staff and unbeatable location. I deffinetly recommend everyone

Location is really great. You can go to Kızılay by walking in 5 mins. Rooms and toilets are clean . Kitchen is big. Staff are friendly. I will stay here next time again.

The behaviour of staff, i requested him to cancel the extra day which i booked by mistake but he said, no, i can't do anything the booking.com will do, when i contacted to booking.com support, they told me the property denied your request.

The heater was not properly working in December when the temperature was around 5 degree Celsius. The shower was faulty and caused excessive water wastage. The wifi worked barely!

There is a bad smell and humidity room whitout good view and windows, there is too much noise and sound, we can’t sleep well , there is some White and dirty spots on bed sheets.

The location was good and in city centre , the reception guy so friendly and helpful.
