Unfortunately, the beds themselves didn't look safe and it was kinda uncomfortable to get to them.

The staff was very friendly. The privacy of beds was on a high level. The location is amazing, public spaces are wonderful, too.

There's some maintenance needed nothing major but small things, I also suggest an extra blanket on the colder months

The staff were friendly and the layout of the place was great, the beds were comfortable, I think it's important to remember when booking a hostel that there is some drawbacks with space

Casandra didn't know where the Adrian gates where. She didn't speak english, and I felt like I was bothering her everytime I asked something. She never smiled.

Clean and comfortable bed. Close to just about everything. Valeria at receiption was nice and friendly.

It would be nice having a slippers for the shower It would be exceptional make the free room near kitchen upstairs as a room for leisure or sport

I would strongly suggest having a small refrigerator-freezer in the room, especially given the hot climate. Additionally, there was some ambiguity regarding daily room cleaning. My room wasn't cleaned for two days, and it was only when I requested cleaning that they asked for my key.

it was great for comfort and had parking outside when renting a car this was handy.

The room was smelly, unclean and there was almost no place to leave our things. The window was broken and didn't close properly.

They never ever cleaned the apartment so in 7 days it got very very uncomfortable to stay there.... Air condition sometimes were hard to get work. The Window of the room looks on the other buildings wall, which for us was fine and they cannot do anything with it, but maybe important to mention. It is very warm in the breakfast room, makes it uncomfortable to eat. The room is very simple, I would Say this hotel is more suitable for 1-2 nights, not for a long week stay. Still worked for us, thank you for everything and to have us even if we booked 1 day before😊

The breakfast was not buffet style but good and big portion, however a bit boring after 7 days, but they also made us takeaway when we went to an activity! 4 out of 3 staff spoke in english without problems, and all the 3 girls were very lovely! Air condition also worked, but was a bit too strong even on 26°, but its ok. The old town is 25 min walk but there is a lot of reataurants and shops near by. We could pay with card but they prefer cash so maybe prepare that if you want to be nice to them. Staff tried to help us when got a bit sick.

There is a nice open space near the balcony, but with no seats or tables or anything. In general it was just missing that social vibe hostels are good for.

My arrival at Antalya is at midnight, so I have booked an airport transfer with the staff. I was greeted by the friendly driver outside the airport and arrived safely at the hotel. The hotel staff have been friendly as well, helping me sort out my food delivery and book a taxi early in the morning.
